Basic function OK

Item is a bit large, but will work for all sizes of cast iron skillets we have. NOTE: DO NOT leave on the handle while cooking or putting skillet in oven. This works fine if you use it and take it off, but will melt if you leave it on while cooking on stove at higher heat and not sure how it would survive much of anything above 350 in the oven.

Keeps my hands safe with my cast iron skillet

This product saved my poor fingers from multiple buns when handling my cast iron skillets. it fits multiple pans, and i use it daily. My only (small) complaint is that i often get grease on it, and it's a bit of a pain to clean on the inside, but I expect a quick run through the dishwasher would take care of it. I'm just using it so much, i don't want to take the time to run it through a cycle! :=)

Comes in a box

Santa bought me this (I’m welcome) to put on an old cast iron skillet. Works great. Comes in a small box so it’s easy to wrap. I’ve used it for 4+ months and haven’t had a problem.

Not just for pan handles!

This is perfect to fit the brass handle of my wood burner, so much easier to slip it on than using our massive suede gloves. Cheap and cheerful but works a treat!

Not entirely forForPurpose

Does not fit the Meyer Pan very well. Fits if put over the meter grip. Can be dangerous is shifting on with Hot content

Good enough..

The silicon handle cover is good enough. My skillet handle is a bit on the thinner side and this is pretty loose on it. So, have to be careful by holding the sillet at an angle so that it doesn't slide out. Anyhow, we have to use both hands to handle the skillet, so that's not much of a problem. In fact, it make it easy to slide in and out the silicon handle effortlessly when needed. It does get warm, but not that much that it causes discomfort for me. We don't put it on while cooking. Only when it is needed to handle the skillet. The value for money proposition is good. I didn't see any other products of similar quality and price range online in India.

Good quality rubber

Fits snug and doesn't fall off without intentionally pulling it off. Rubber is very grippy and comfortable in the hands. When the time comes to clean it, just put it in the dishwasher, no fuss no muss!!
