Great chairs
We have had six of these chairs on our covered patio for a while and decided to order two more. One chair was missing a piece, so I immediately emailed and received the piece a few days later. I don't know how these would hold up if they were not protected from rain, so I cannot speak to that, however ours look great.

Nice chairs, very solid
Nice chairs, very solid, and the price is certainly reasonable. Just a few small issues with the quality of the wood on 2 of the 6 chairs purchased, which is disappointing after only 2 months of use. On one chair, the wood is already very rough, to the point that I will need to sand it to prevent splinters. And a more immediate issue on another chair, where the seat has splintered and created a 4 inch dangerously sharp section that already caused my 3 year old a bad cut on his leg (see attached picture). I have tried to contact the manufacturer, but I can't find any contact info on Amazon and the return policy only allowed for a month. Ideally, I'm simply looking to have replacement sections sent to me for these 2 chairs where the problem areas are located. Aside from these issues, the product is good and doing what I expected.

Need quality control
I originally bought the Amazonia Milano Eucalyptus bench for myself and when my sister saw it she wanted the armchair. I ordered the armchair for her and if it wasn't for the fact a vital piece was missing it would have gotten at least 4-stars. Amazon is great about replacement and returns but if the companies would just try harder not to ship broken pieces and be sure to include all pieces it would be a more pleasant experience. Even if everything was perfect I can't give it 5-stars just because of the overall quality. The price is fitting for the wood material used and quality expected. Not everyone can afford teak so we just go for the next best thing. Visually it is a nice piece, not a heavy wood. I think it will last a few years if care is taken. A few screws, a dowel here and there and a little white glue won't hold up to kids climbing on it or leaning on the arm rails.

Extremely pleased
I ordered 2 of this item with cautious optimism as I had wanted teak but it was a little pricey for my budget. The eucalyptus is very attractive and the pieces were nicely constructed and not difficult to assemble. I ordered 4 pieces in total as a grouping and it took my spouse and I about 2 hours to assemble all. All required bolts and pegs as well as an Allen wrench were included. Pay attention to the sequencing of assembly and consider wearing gloves to protect your hands. Well packaged with additional reinforcement around the edges of the carton. Packing tape also had fiber reinforcement. Well done and very pleased that there was no damage. After assembly we sat down and enjoyed ourselves...very comfortable to sit in and a wonderful replacement for the well worn cedar pieces we had for forever!

Well made, good looking, but not overly comfortable
Chair is good looking and both sturdy enough and wide enough for those of us who could stand to shed some pounds. Great for an occasional short sit, but the flat and near vertical back make it less than ideal for prolonged comfort. Instructions are minimal, just an exploded drawing, but are sufficient to get the job done. Chair goes together fairly easily and, as I mentioned the end result is a substantial chair. One thing worth noting, the seat is not affixed to the frame, it just slips in between the sides of the frame and sits on the side rails.

Check all parts carefully for damage.
I purchased two of these chairs for outdoor use. Although the chairs were well packaged, one of the chairs arrived with a cracked seat. Unfortunately, I had assembled the chair and did not notice the crack until I was ready to install the seat which is the last step. Amazon is unable to provide replacement parts. Since some of the chair parts were already glued together, my only option was a 25% refund. Check all parts very carefully before assembling. I did not notice the crack initially so now have a new chair in need of repair before first use. The seat is an odd size and I have been unable to find ready made cushions so far. The chairs appear sturdy with an attractive finish.

Nice Chairs
I bought the table and three chairs. One chair had a bolt that wasn't threaded so I had to return it(easy,their cost). Of the original three chairs one was from a different manufacturer and the replacement that came was also from that manufacturer and is the one pictured as of this date. Point being the only difference is that I have two chairs that have five slats on the seat and six slats on the back and one chair that has six slats on the seat and five slats on the back which doesn't bother me. If I had a choice I would prefer the the ones with five slat seat/six slat back, but if you put cushions on them no one will know.

Extremely disappointed.
This came from the Warehouse and was posted as having a defect on the top or front. It was a good price, and it’s a patio chair so I figured what the heck. It came in a damaged box that contained only the chair seat. No back, no legs, no arms, no hardware. The assembly instruction sheet had a hand written note on it that said “This is all that would fit in the box. Everything else is glued or broken.” It was signed and had a phone # for the person who must’ve returned it originally. Obviously, Amazon Warehouse didn’t even bother to open the box to check out what was being returned before they listed it, even though it was pretty obvious from the weight of the box that the whole chair couldn’t possibly be in there. So, this bad review is really for Amazon Warehouse, since I literally have no way of evaluating the actual chair.
