Not what I wanted
Biggest problem with this faucet is that it was made in China. The faucet itself look nice, but just wasn’t what I wanted.

Very nice (but American Standard parts are a nuisance)
This is a very well-made faucet. Its spout swivels from one side of my double sink to another, and the high gooseneck makes it much easier to wash large things such as sheet pans. I find the classic look elegant. Fixing leaks is not easy for American Standard faucets. It requires specialized repair kits that the local well-stocked plumbing supplier probably doesn't carry. So, I would strongly advise any prospective purchaser to get a couple of replacement valve cartridges, plus an spout seal kit, beforehand, to have on hand. The alternative is later to have a leaking faucet that needs to be shut off for a few days until parts are shipped. For a new sink, installing the faucets before setting the sink makes things much easier. For a sink that's already in place, installing any replacement faucet will mean working in very confined spaces. If you have a heavy sink, like my cast iron double model, lifting it up will be even more of a nuisance that replacing a faucet with the sink in place. The dilemma isn't any easier or harder for this particular faucet model, it's just the way things are.

American "Standard"?
I bought this faucet in August 2018. In January 2022 it started leaking - not just a drop now and then, quite heavily. That much to the ceramic disk valves that "assure drip free for life performance as this company describes it. You won't find their valve anywhere on their site or elsewhere in the web. So I bought the same faucet again. For who needs it, the part number for the valve that gives in from one day to another is 951764-0070A. However the plumber did not manage to unscrew the valve nut as indicated on the manual. We had to unmount the sink and change the entire faucet. As you can see on the pictures, the handles of the new faucet are not aligned, it looks terrible - and guess what: it drips. I spent twice the faucet, twice the installation, and I have a faulty faucet. I suppose that this is a maximum level of frustration that one can reach with a product and the new American Standard.

More than just a pretty face! Love the wrist blades.
I highly recommend this faucet for anyone with grip issues or serious sink work to do. It is very high quality, heavy - none of that cheap plastic with chrome plating. It feels like a quality tool when you take it out of the box. Easy to install. Wrist blades are large enough to do some good and move smoothly. You can be deep in gross kitchen stuff like cleaning fresh slaughtered chicken or fish and bump this with a wrist or elbow to turn if on/off. And it's prettier than I expected. Definitely a utilitarian look, but the quality makes it attractive.

Quality Control Issue
After my building's super installed it, we realized that one handle does not line-up at a right angle with the spout as does the other handle when both are in the off position. This is noticeable, and correction for this is not possible. We also noticed a scratch/dent on the spout just above the aerator attachment which was not apparent because of the way it was packaged (the flaw was facing downward in the box). To contact American Standard for a replacement would require that I pay the installer a second time to remove the flawed faucet and install a second one. I decided to reluctantly live with the defects. I am not pleased with American Standard.

Great deal!
Great price. It arrived at the time they said it would. Easy hook up, My husband installed it with the help of my kids. Works great for me cause I'm always busy in the kitchen cooking meals, cleaning messes.

Faucet handles are long and may bump into sprayer or other accesories.
Very solid brass construction. Obvious high quality as I installed it. Aerator is low flow but not enough to subtract a star. This thing is built like a tank!

STRONG AND WELL MADE FAUCET
We purchased this type of faucet due to the fact the modern pull down types are made poorly. We have spent hundreds of dollars on Moen brands, we took a chance on American Standard, This brand is actually made in America. A good faucet so far, we would recommend this product. The handles are strong and hopefully will last longer than a few years.

A great replacement
Replaced an 18 year old similar faucet and has been working perfectly for the past 6 months since installed. Holes and plates lined up correctly where the previous faucet was.

Time for a new faucet
Great faucet, very well made and looks great. Very easy to install, expect it to last a long time.
