pretty good solution
Works well in getting two pieces together. I used on pond liner and around a rock waterfall. Sometimes difficult to remove the paper back from tape, it would leave small sections with paper on them, then there's the problem of getting it to stick to the intended surface; it would pull off the new surface before you could get the paper off. Best way, stick to one surface overnight or for a few hours in warm weather, then peel the paper off and stick the second piece, running a roller or hand over it to set it firmly in place

Does what it suppose to.
I used this to seam the liner in my pond. Tips: make sure you clean the surface really good than applied 3m tape primer the surface. lightly use heat gun to go over the surface than use the roller to finish up than you good to go...how long will it last.. I don't know.

Not sticky at all - can’t even make Beckett pond liner stick together
After 24 hrs same thing as other reviews said: doesn’t stick at all. Barely tacky to the touch, especially the side that came rolled on itself, meaning the side that had the tape backing was a little more sticky. It look like something is wrong with this tape though, as you can see in the picture. The shiny parts are somewhat sticky, the dull part not at all. Outside temperature was mid seventies, both Beckett pieces are pond lining so it should be compatible, used a roller on flat surface, cleaned with mineral spirits - but next day pulled apart without any effort.

Professional product
Extended my in ground Koi pond liner upwards to give more depth. Installation on older liner required lowering the water line significantly. Need to be very careful cleaning old liner joint with mineral oil (don't get in the water) to get good bond (mask off the water line area with plastic sheet). Probably much easier if you can remove water, fish and liner - but I had no where to keep 9 fish that are 18-28" long. Very sticky- its a putty like ribbon between two pieces of tape. Worked great on straight sections but took a lot of time seaming folds on curves and corners. Strongly recommend pond liner silicon sealant on outside of seam joint to do the job right or lots of leaks at folds. Very good product for this kind of job.

Strong bond, but you must have patience.
This is a good product. It is tricky to use if the liner is already in place, so you have to deal with folds. This was not an issue for me because the portion I was extending will not be under water. Best application would be a flat surface under the one section (I used a row of bricks), then the tape, then the liner extension piece, then another row of brick to hold it down while it cures. It's really a thin strip of putty (maybe silicone, I;m not sure), so it doesn't stick immediately. Once it sets, it is as strong a bond as the rest of the liner.

Used this to connect to large pieces of EPDM liner for a large water feature I built (see attached photo). I leak tested it for a couple weeks and it seems to be holding fine. I had to splice the pieces together after I had the first one installed, so getting the seam straight was difficult, but it still worked. My only complaint was it was difficult for me to remove the backing white paper once the tape was in place for the first sheet -- it didn't just peel off like your would expect in some places. But other than that, it seems to have done the job.

incredible
The media could not be loaded. I built this small stream and pond in our back yard. they are connected with the tape. I didn't even do that good of a job, because I already had the pond with liner and underlayment in and was still waiting for the "river" section of liner and the tape to arrive. when I read the instructions, it said to attach on a clean, flat, hard surface like your driveway and wait a day to adhere. oh well, I just attached it right there at the river connection over lumpy dirt. we had drained the pond a little but there was no way we were going to take all the rocks off, lift out that liner and refit it in. i put some rocks over the seam area and when we filled the river the next day and started the pump, it's been working great. I have not seen any drop in the water level, so it's holding, amazing! sorry the video cuts off before you get a full view of the river/pond.

A supreme letdown. Did not stick; did not seal. Wasted time and money - it did not work!
I tried using this seaming tape to join some EPDM pond liner as part of a self-watering plant bed, but it did not work as advertised. If anything, I used more than enough of this tape, but it still would not keep the water from seeping through the seams. The tape I got wasn't sticky at all - I had to press the putty-like substance between the 2 pieces of material, and hope it worked. Maybe my tape was flawed for some reason, but it definitely did not stick and/or seal. After I finished sealing, and put all the dirt into the plant bed, I noticed some water seeping out and had to dig everything up and use a different EPDM liner. Wasted about a day and an undisclosed amount of money. Needless to say, I was very disappointed!
