There are no instructions on how to put them in. This is what works for me. First, I twirl one end between my thumb and forefinger. Then I push it in, at the same time, using my forefinger to push and twist. I bought these and love them they work great. I am paralyzed from the chest down and, unfortunately end up in the hospital 2 or 3 times a year. They really work fantastic in a hospital setting, especially if you room is near the nurses' station where it can get loud, even at night. Because of anxiety issues from my accident, I have to leave my bedroom door open. My brother runs his business out of my parents' house where I live. My room is right next door to his converted bedroom to office. He is a loud talker so it is really annoying if I want to sleep in or take a nap during the day.

They will save your marriage
I was having visions of life without my snoring husband, who is otherwise a keeper. I can’t sleep with him snoring and I can’t live without sleep. We don’t have a guest Room and I feel bad throwing him into the couch every night. Steal, he can’t help it So I looked up a last resort- ear plugs and I can honestly say these greens have saved my sanity and my marriage. I have never slept better in the 20+ years we’ve been together. My sleep is so deep and sound now, that I wake up refreshed and a way better version of myself. Do yourself a favor… Get these stat.

Hands down the best!
I have worn earplugs at night (snoring husband) for over 20 years. I have tried them all. These are hands down the best. Suppresses noise and are very comfortable. I don't like and won't buy any other brand.

They work well
I bought these to block out my extremely inconsiderate next door neighbors weekly band practice in the apt above their garage. I pinch the plugs half way on one side and stick them in my ears and they expand. They work well. I have to keep them in for 3 to 4 hours and they are comfortable.

Definitely small size
I have super small ears, and these are a little too small even for me. But otherwise, they're really comfortable! I like to use them on long flights and to help me sleep in hotel rooms. They just get knocked out, sometimes. Well, I'll continue my Goldilocks hunt for earplugs of Just The Right Size.

THE BEST AVAILABLE
I live in a fairly noisy neighbourhood in LA, so I need ear plugs. I've tried all kinds. These ones work the best for me. They are easy to put in and out and they cancel or muffle maybe 90% of the noise. Jet airplanes and loud motorcycles still get through somewhat, but in all this is a good product that does what it claims to do.

The best ever BUT...pair lasts 3 days
I've tried lots of different earplugs and these by far are the best at blocking all sounds, especially low frequency. However, after using for 3 days, no longer bounce back to their original size and hence stop working.

These are amazing ear plugs if, like me you have a rather loud sleeping partner and you like to sleep on your side. I used them for years, but now I don't seem to be able to find them anywhere (other than on Amazon.com but the shipping just makes a purchase totally unworkable). I've had to resort to the Flents Quiet Time ear plugs, but need to snip the ends off with scissors so they don't protrude too much against pillow, resulting in unpleasant pressure on the ear drum.

Brilliant earplugs, no longer woken up by birds tweeting. Smaller than most others if you're having trouble with standard plugs. Highly recommend.
