Great price great product

My chiropractor had sold me something like this for daily exercise to keep my spine healthy. I wanted to get one for my husband. Great price and good product. I appreciate that it came with its own little air pump.

Pump does not work

I had to take the disc to my PT people and they blew it up for me as the pump that came with it does not work.

I wobble more than I work ????

It's kind of a pain to inflate. I did do as the instructions said and pinched it up. It was just cumbersome. I bought this to sit on at work. I use it to wobble and loosen up my lower spine. I can't sit on it for long periods of time it's a bit of a distraction for me. Then I pop it behind my back for support.

Excellent customer service

My disc arrived and wouldn't stay inflated, it appeared to have a leak. I contacted customer service and they swiftly sent a new one!

Great balance disc

I use this for exercise classes. My first one arrived with a small hole and wouldn’t hold air. I returned it and a replacement was immediately sent. I am very happy with this purchase

I like it more than my full sized one!

I mainly use balance balls to do sit-ups in a controlled way that protects my neck and spine by placing them ball side up in the arch of my back. With a full sized one, I need a towel or pillow so that the plastic rim does not dig into my lower back. This one, which I initially got for travel, has no rim, which works great for this purpose. Fits into a carry-on when deflated, and less work to inflate than a full sized one would be. During pumping, the spare needle does not stay secured in the pump. When pushing the plunger in, the force of the air pushes out the spare needle. I just take it out while pumping and put it back afterward so I don't lose it. I've had this for two years now and I recommend it for travel or everyday use.

Does its job

I bought this for my dog to teach her balance and something fun to do to stimulate her mind. A dog physiotherapist suggested it. It is durable but when fully inflated it still has indents on the sides that don't fill with air. It isn't a problem for my use but not sure why this is. Maybe if a human stands on it, in time this funny issue would be gone.

Great for the Classroom

I started off with 3 of these for my grade 3 classroom and had to buy more. Not because there were issues, but because my students love them so much! They work great as a wobble cushion and my students like the choice between the smooth and spikey side. My students have put these cushions through the wringer but they are still going strong. I also like that they are easy to clean and don't take up as much space as other things used for flexible seating.

Very happy

With covid, I was looking for a cheaper alternative to a bosu ball for my at home workouts. This has been perfect. It’s not huge, but is perfect for balance practice and one hand/leg exercises. The only downside is that it can lose air kind of quickly; not to a large extent, but enough that I would need to add air in every 1-2 weeks. The air pump is VERY easy to use.
