Dress socks not gym socks

My fault for not reading properly and seeing “crew socks’ and thinking these were gym socks. I had my teen in mind who goes through socks like made with all his sport practices and gym workouts. Upon arrival i realized immediately they were indeed dress socks which means they will land in my husbands sock drawer instead. I can’t imagine him ever wearing red or white dress socks but maybe at Christmas time? Most every pair of dress socks in his arsenal is printed, not solid except for a handful of black socks. I hope he wears them because they seem very nice. The quality is there just not used to solids. Overall if style works for you, quality should suffice.

Nice sock from a name brand manufacturer

I'm very happy with these socks. Three nice shades of blue that fit my size 12 (US) feet. They are ribbed and stretch a bit so they stay up on my legs. Not too thin and not as thick as an athletic sock so they're good for a casual sock or dress up. I've purchased off-brand socks before with poor results. They fit OK at first but after being worn and washed a few times they went in the trash. Not these. They're holding up well.

Competitively priced CHAPS Stretch Blend Men's socks - 3 Pairs

You get 3 pairs of Men's stretch blend socks that are made of 98% polyester and 2% spandex. I wear a men's 10 Wide and these socks fit very nicely. ( with some additional room for larger sizes ) They feature a comfort toe seam ( but not reinforced), true rib design and appear to be well made and should hold up.

Suitable for Dress Up and Casual

I like spandex in my apparel because just a little gives me enough stretch to make my clothing more comfortable. So it is with these fine quality rib knit pattern Chaps socks. This trio of shades of blue (light, medium and navy) complements many of the pants and shirts in my collection. For me they're for dress up as well as casual occasions. They're comfortable as well as good looking. I would have appreciated some additional reinforcement in the toe area which is where I tend to wear through my socks. That being said, these are durable, well made socks and this is a very good choice.

Great socks from a reputable brand. My best dress socks yet!

These socks rock! With a brand name like Chaps, you can’t go wrong. I wear a US size 12 shoe, and these socks fit me great, coming up beyond my pant leg to right where I like my crew socks to land. These socks aren’t thick, which is perfect for when I need to wear socks while dressing up, but not have sweaty feet. The material is slightly softer than normal dress socks. Dress socks are usually stiff and real thin, but these are a step better by being a little more stretchy. I put them on real fast, no problem—I didn’t even have to scrunch them up! I will say that when these are on, though, the collar going up my leg does stretch, revealing some intentional vertical lines going around the sock. This is normal, I’m just writing as a heads-up. I like the color variation in this set. With the blue jackets and ties I wear, these will match nicely! With their nice material, I even plan on wearing these when I'm not dressing up!

Really Comfortable with a silky feel. You need three pairs of feet to get the full effect!

These are really nice "dress" sox. The Red and the white and the Blue match my Flag perfectly. Really three guys hanging out each with one pair or mixing (like the photo) on any US holiday (or British holiday if you are a Red Coat) would fit in perfectly. They fit well (My shoe size is 8-1/2), and are silky soft. If you have sweaty feet and need absorbancy be aware this blend has no cotton so I imagine that could be a problem for you. Just perfect for the Summer Trifecta of US Hollidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) ... and don't forget Flag Day and Juneteenth (The day after Fathers day this year... What a great gift idea!)
