Quick working!
Package came shortly before I needed to go to bed. I have had an issue with musty smells from under the kitchen sink after the garbage disposal leaked. Opened the container of damprid according to Package instructions and placed it in the cabinet under the sink. It's been less than 24 hours and the smell had decreased by at least 75%. I never imagined it would work that quickly and can only hope this is just the beginning of the smell being eliminated.

I have a cupboard that smells because a sink nearby leaked under the wood in the bottom of the cupboard. I put this in and it took some time but at some point to took away the mildew smell. I have bought extras we live in a damp area and i have placed them in all closets and under beds. I like the product.

One container broken during shipping. Could still be used but frustrating. Someone else said this in a review that I read before ordering. Product is good. Placed in a basement area where humidity too high. I will order again

DOES WHAT IT SAYS
The crawl space under my stairs was smelling really gross. Like when you open a sealed container of broccoli. I tried everything to get rid of the smell. Sprayed all sorts of cleaners and mound removers. Nothing worked. I thought I would try this and the other reviewers are correct. It takes some time but it DOES what it says. It took about 2.5-3 weeks but the smell is now complete neutralized. SO HAPPY!

Supposed to decrease moisture.
Too soon to know. So far, no decrease in moisture content. I purchased it for my trailer which is stored for the winter. I also have a humidity sender in the trailer and a reader in the house. So far the humidity is sitting around 70% in the trailer at around 9 C. I have a heater set at a lower temperature for storage. So the juries out as to whether or not this product works to reduce moisture. I’ll give it another week or so before considering other options.

I love this product. We use it in the basement, on the boat, and anywhere else there may be moisture. I have used the separate granules but much prefer the container as shown above.
