Great pair of pants!
I love the fit of these pants. A lot of drawstring, coated pants can add weight, especially with regular pockets. These are cut slim with patch pockets, so extremely flattering. I have 1 pair of leather and 3 pair of faux leather pants in this style and these are by far my favorite. For fit - I am 5'10" and 124 pounds and I take an x-small.

Love these joggers
They are so comfortable and cute, I could not be happier. I am a size 8, sometimes a 10 in really fitted pants, so maybe they run a little big. Interesting though that my fabric content is the same in the listing, but it says machine was as opposed to dry clean. I am not complaining!
