My son likes it. Size 14

I choose the size by one of the reviews. And it fits perfectly well. The quality is good. My son is 11 years old weights 87 pounds and it's 5 feet something tall. The only thing I noticed is that the left sleeve seems to be shorter than the right one.by it's not very noticeable unless you focus on it???? other than that issue. Everything is good. He will wear it for an school event.

I needed a jacket right away and could not find on3 locally and I found this one on Amazon. It fits perfectly on a 12yr 5ft kid, about 80-90lbs.

The jacket fit as expected and was a nice quality. Returned because my son did not care for the velcro closure with the faux buttons.

This was an interesting idea that definitely has merit, especially for younger kids but once they get to be 7 or 8, you figure they should be able to use buttons. On the larger sizes, the Velcro just doesn't hold together well enough to help preserve that clean look. The seams open up and starts to look sloppy. The garment is otherwise made well, and for young kids, I wouldn't hesitate to use this system. That being said, it does have its drawbacks and doesn't work as well as I hoped

Looks sophisticated, but feels casual and comfortable.

This Review is for the Van Heusen Boys' Adaptive Flex Stretch Suit Jacket, Faux Buttons & Velcro Closure. My son uses this when he does concerts for his school, the stretch suit jacket is easy to put on, comfortable, made from polyester, rayon, and spandex. It looks dressy and sophisticated but at the same time maintains a casual and comfortable feeling with its faux buttons and stretch material.

Runs small, dry clean only

My 12 year old son is tall, thin and long-limbed. Because of that, I usually order a size larger in his clothes. I ordered size 14 in this jacket fully expecting it to be big enough and the sleeves to be long enough. Unfortunately, it barely fits him. It is wearable for the time being, but he will quickly outgrow it. The sleeves barely reach his wrists. I don’t mind the Velcro fastenings since my son has autism and has dexterity issues, sometimes struggling with buttons. It’s a very cool concept and you can’t see the Velcro from the outside. The jacket itself is very well made and looks really nice. As of my writing this review, the product information says this jacket is machine washable, which is one of the reasons I chose to order it. However, the tag on the jacket says “dry clean only,” so that’s disappointing.
