WOW!!
Bought for my little who struggles with sitting still with homework/reading. I’ve used this one time and to tell you how totally different his reading was, I can even explain it. He typically gets distracted and stops every few words with some random/unrelated question. Then to get him to sit and read is a struggle. Always starts with a tantrum. And even though he’s in 1st grade and knows punctuation, he wasn’t stopping and taking breaks where he should. So I told him to sit on the ball and read… the very first time he read it straight through. The second time I could tell he was bouncing with the correct rhythm of how a sentence should flow. It blew my mind. I hope this is the answer to smooth homework nights. Much smaller than for a regular desk and bigger than a kiddie table. Perfect for his elf length.

Great chair for fidgety kids. Definitely takes work to assemble
Purchased for my daughter (7yrs), as she had a habit of tipping her chair, then subsequently would fall on the floor. She was obviously seeking sensory input and I wanted a chair she could safely do this without crashing to the ground. Overall this chair (once you manage to set it up, which I'll talk about in a moment). Is pretty good. It is sturdy and comfortable. However even with the breaks applied my child was still easily able to move the chair by pushing. She is also able to tip the chair back if she really wanted too. (She mostly did this to see if she could.) But the chair being bouncey and enabling her to wiggle definitely deters her from wanting to tip the chair. But it does not stop her from being able to do it if she wanted too. I was hoping the breaks/chair design would stop her from being able to do this, but it definitely is still possible. But as I mentioned. The fact she can bounce and wiggle definitely deters her from doing it absentmindedly. Set up was mostly easy. There wasn't anything too complicated. However the ball That darn ball! Fortunately I had read reviews before purchasing and was prepared for the ball to be problematic. And it was. However has successfully pumped that ball up with the pump provided. You have my respect! Because it was never going to happen for me! I absolutely had to use a different pump to pump up the ball (the one that I used had a cylinder and was a foot pump). I also echo advice given that when you pump the ball up. Deflate it a bit. (I let perhaps 1/4th of the air out). Then inflate again. (then deflate and inflate again). This definitely helped the ball to stretch. I had to deflate about 4 times before the final time when it was willing to get to the correct size. It definitely required a proper pump willing to force air into it. But it does stretch! I don't think it is possible to do with the pump provided. And if you have managed to do so I salute you! Overall I do like the chair! My daughter loves it which is most important. Definitely good for fidgety sitters. Although the chair can and will still tip if your child wants it too. Definitely recommend buying a strong cylinder pump to assist with inflating the ball.

THE BALL EVENTUALLY FIT... Here's how I did it
Okay, so like a lot of people the ball didn't fit. See my pictures. As I first inflated the ball, I noticed it did not fit like so many others have posted pictures of. There's a good hand-width if not more between the bar and the ball and it didn't look like the pictures in the description at all. Disappointed, we turned to the reviews and noticed people having the same issue. Then I noticed something in the product description that was not in the instructions provided. Inflate the ball once, leave for 24 hours, deflate, let sit, rinses, repeat. So, I did this. I inflated the ball as much as that little thing would go. Soon it was letting out as much as as it was putting in, so I figured I got the ball as far as it would go and it wasn't the full size according to the pictures or the documentation stating its diameter. I let it sit for a while. Noticed the instructions. I deflated it and let it sit for a day that way. I inflated it once more after this and noticed that it inflated larger than it did the first time! Still wasn't big enough to match the pictures. I repeated the process. I let that sit for another day, deflated it and let that sit for a day, inflated it a third time and now I have the result in my other pictures posted. It touches the bar. It's still not up to full size according to the documentation, so I'm going to repeat the process once more. ALSO, the handpump was insufficient... I had to use a bike pump to get the ball up to a fuller size. We have 2 of these chairs and one ball inflated larger the first time than the other, still not enough but it was larger already. Just after 1 inflation/deflation cycle, it was the same size as the first ball after 2 cycles. So I'm going to put them both through another inflation deflation cycle and see if they get as big as the pictures seem to indicate. Now my problem is that the chair turns out to be TOO TALL for the desk we have... but that's my problem... THE REST OF THE PRODUCT REVIEW. It seems build well and is very light. It's all plastic save for the bolts and the bar. The bar is not adjustable for the most part, though I wish it was. Without the ball fully inflated, my child's calves hit the bar and he instead just puts his feet on it, which makes the bar push further away. It doesn't easily deform though but the plastic base could be damaged that way. The casters rolls well on carpet and the locks do work... on carpet. On hardwood the thing just slides all over the place just like anything made of plastic or wood or anything hard would do so, not really the fault of the design. If the wheels were rubber coated, they'd be fine. They're standard casters so I could get them replaced if I really wanted to. The thing installs easily. I'm not sure why the back uses hand operable bolts unless they intended for the back to be taken off and on enough to justify it? Or was it just out of wanting to make it as tool-free as possible? Regardless, it works as designed NOW THAT I KNOW HOW TO INFLATE THE BALL CORRECTLY. I'll also say that getting this product was the idea of the mother... I'm not really a fan of these balance ball chairs and it actually was horrible when I used an adult sized one (not from this product line). But with a back to the chair, it won't actually roll around, it might be nicer. My son just bounces on it a lot and wants to use it to climb with. Right now the ball is rather tacky, as in like it's sticky, but that'll fade. My other balance ball was like that it and it lost its tackiness after not too long. Hopefully the ball won't turn into just another play thing and the chair sits in the corner, empty and unused... but that'll be another problem entirely.

Perfect size for our 3 year old!
Fun orange color! Our toddler was very interested in our large yoga ball and it wasn’t very safe for him to play with. He likes rolling on this one on his tummy and I can hold his hands while he sits on it and bounces and he giggles and gets a kick out of it. He’s not grasping yoga concepts yet but I think once he’s 4 or 5 this ball will still be good for him to work with. Hoping one day he will occupy himself on his while I try to get some workouts in with mine. Ha! A mom can dream…

The ball is way too small
The ball is way too small and doesn't even fit the chair properly, and the metal front piece is in the way where the legs go... very dissapointed

Wrong size, twice.
We ordered the 3-6 size age chair and received the 5-8 age size chair (Though the ball inside seems to be correct size but is too small to rest correctly in chair base and sits on the ground making the rollers useless) We re-ordered specifying that we need the smaller chair base and were promised that we would receive the correct one. We were very disappointed to receive the exact same thing. I tried to find a number to call the second time. Wasted a lot of time searching for a contact number to call, but was never able to find a way to discuss my concerns, as there is really no place to explain concerns and get helpmwhen doing the return with the online process.

Good for children under 7
The inflatable ball was the problem with this chair. It must be faulty however, I couldn’t find the leak. Kept having to pump it up. I would have given a better star rating if the ball part filled properly. The rest of the chair was well made. Casters worked well. My son spent more time doing zoomies on it than bouncing though *sigh*. I should have bought the larger chair.

Small ball
Ball was too small for the seat and I can't blow it up more. It drags on the floor when rolling the chair along.
