just beautiful because it is quality fabric

i like the weight of this fabric. i like the white on white design. i like that i finally spent the money to buy a good quality French-made tablecloth instead of just getting by with similar Chinese-made imitation "brocade style" linens that start pilling after the first wash. I purchased a table runner from this brand through a retailer in Manhatten recently--it took a month to receive it. I like that Amazon was able to deliver this brand to me in a week. I liked it so much that i returned to Amazon to purchase placemats from this same brand. Frankly, Garnier Thiebaut is expensive, but i am convinced that buying lasting quality is better than suffering the cumulative expenses from repeatedly buying cheap linens.
