Beautiful set with one flaw

I had this set installed when I renovated my guest bathroom recently. It’s a beautiful set. The on/off handle and the tub spout need to be wiped down after use or you will get spots. Not a huge big deal to do that. The only issue I have with this shower head is the water restrictor. It is not one of the ones that can be easily removed. My friend’s son took a shower in there first and when I asked about the water pressure he said it was good. I then took a shower and it was terrible. I have great water pressure but this felt like half the pressure compared to the shower head I had previously. As a result I set out to find a solution to the water restrictor. Based on a review somewhere else I was able to find a YouTube video showing how to remove it. Essentially you just need to break the hard white plastic piece and shake it out of the shower head. I’ve voided the Hansgrohe warranty on it by doing this but the water pressure is amazing now and in the end that’s what matters. And yes my plumber installed the handle upside down but it actually matches the cold to hot markings on the face plate this way. Highly recommend this set!

Solid and smooth

Great product. Solid as a tank and smooth function. Second faucet we’ve purchased by these guys. Wouldn’t go back to a cheap delta if you paid me. The little hex screw fell out or something, and looking for a replacement to tighten it back up. Probably installation not done right. Plumber long gone. Wish I knew the size/type to replace it

NO PULSATING MASSAGE - RESTRICTING PRESSURE VALVE CANNOT BE REMOVED

This is a review of: hansgrohe Clubmaster Complete Shower System Shower Set Modern 3-Spray Full,….. I ordered this over a year ago only to have renovations come to an abrupt halt. Finally, it’s installed. I ordered this for my hubby’s shower, and he loves it. He likes the 3 different spray choices and says he uses them all. The fixtures are manufactured with high quality materials that are sure to last. Everything needed for installation was included. My contractor had no issues with installation. He commented about the difference in the high quality of the plumbing parts and said this is manufactured to withstand the test of time. The shower head is made of a type of silicone to make it easy to clean. I’ve not had it long enough for that to be necessary; however, I have pretended to clean it. The silicone shower head is sort of flexible and gives a bit when pressed, so I’m giving it 2 thumbs up. For some reason I could not upload my video showing the different sprays. The finish of the fixture is of higher quality than most other brands. The high quality is noticeable in a subtle manner. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend this product. Yes, it is more expensive than other fixtures if comparing only the purchase price, but the quality of manufacturing and the materials used are worth the extra expense. One can tell this product is quality. This review was written by LynKin. 04/26/2022…..My bathroom is still under renovation, and I have been using hubby’s bathroom shower. Even though he likes it and is pleased with the shower head performance, I DO NOT like it. It has a pressure balance trim that prevents adjusting water volume. Supposedly, the temperature can be adjusted; however, even though my contractor has it maxed out for both pressure and temperature, in my opinion it’s lacking in both. Because of Hurricane Michael our plumbing is new and brought to code so the plumbing is not restricting the water flow or pressure. The temperature is hot enough for lengthy showering, but one cannot get a burst of hot, hot water which I enjoy. So, it’s a NO for me. LynKin

All you need to plumb your shower with hansgrohe quality....

An elegant shower set from hansgrohe, this is all you need to install the plumbing for a basic bathroom shower. hansgrohe (sic, no capitalization of the '"h") is a German designer and manufacturer of kitchen and bathroom fixtures. hansgrohe design and manufacture are at the top end of the fixture quality spectrum. hansgrohe was recently purchased by the American building products conglomerate, Masco Corporation, joining a stable of Masco-owned fixture manufacturers that includes Peerless, Delta and Brizo. Warranty on hansgrohe is for the lifetime of the original owner, and hansgrohe's customer service is on a par with Delta's excellent customer service. This is a beautiful shower set. The finish of the visible fixtures--the trim set and shower head--is bright as a mirror. The handle, escutcheon, cartridge cover and shower head are metal. The spray nozzles are easily-cleaned silicone. Three spray patterns can be chosen between by the turn of the head. Spray patterns are full, pulsating and intense turbo, with all three simulating spray patterns available from a rainshower head. This set is all you need to install the plumbing for a regular shower. It would work well for a bathtub/shower combo placement where there is a diverter on the spigot that fills the tub. This not what you want to purchase if you're looking to install a fancy, rainshower-type dedicated shower. hansgrohe does sell other sets (much more expensive) for fancier shower setups, including rainshower heads. This is for a simpler, more utilitarian shower. The set includes: 1) Rough-in box: underlying plumbing necessary to install in wall 2) Trim set, including all necessary hardware to control valve and ceramic cartridge valve that installs on rough-in box 3) Shower arm that comes out of the wall from the elbow at the top of the shower riser pipe to which the shower head attaches 4) Three-spray pattern shower head This is a great shower set from a top-quality manufacturer. If you're looking for many years of service with great looks and manufacturing quality, this is a set you should consider. And it's a real value at the price.
