Best bang for buck
I bought this after seeing a dermatologist on Well+Good suggest it. I’ve only been using for about a month now nightly, and I started noticing a glow and brightness to my skin after only a handful of uses. I’m startIng to see a decrease in the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks now and will continue using. Seems to be the most effective retinol for the price!

I waited to write this until I used this product for a while. I've been using this for several weeks and DEFINITELY notice it working to smooth out skin tone and fine lines. Seriously takes some years off. I'm not one that wears any make up except mascara so I want my skin to look nice. One note of caution, stop using this a few days before waxing your eye brows - since it IS a product that works, your skin can be sensitive around the eyes. I will continue using this. It's not greasy, feels light, and most importantly works! I plan on trying some other PCA products as well.

Pure retinol 5% - recommended by my doctor
My doctor recommended this product after i had laser skin resurfacing done. I used it twice weekly for a few weeks and then increased to 4-5 times a week. Although my skin was a bit sensitive for the first couple of weeks, I have no problem with it now. I was told that might be the case. Seems to keep my skin looking fresher. Use only at night as directed because retinol can increase sun sensitivity. Excellent product that I now buy on Amazon instead of from the doctor. (No RX required.) Much less expensive.

I love PCA and this retinol serum really delivers. Within a few weeks, I can already visibly see a difference, and I have been other high end retinol serums for many months. You can feel that this serum isn't like others. You can feel the 5% percentage of retinol and know that it's working.

Buyer Beware
I’ve purchased this product from my dermatologist several times and it was great. I found it at a better price on Amazon so I bought my last tube here. It definitely had a different, darker color than the ones from the office and smelled stronger. After a couple of weeks of using this tube, my face became very irritating and started peeling. I stopped using it and my face returned to normal so I tried it again. Same thing. Every time I tried it again, my skin would burn so I gave up. Never again will I purchase a PCA product from Amazon. I also think it may be expired as the date on the tube appears to be 1020 but I bought it in Jan 2021.

This is the best and finest cream of this type on the market! Once again PCA has come through in this area with fireworks!! Love it and must have it at all times in my cabinet! It did more in two days than another well advertised product did in over a month! The other product was a terrible joke, if a person is expecting help, thank God for PCA products and there quality and honesty

This is my second purchase of this product. I have before and after pictures of myself and can visibly see the difference in my face after using this skincare line for the past 5 months. For that reason I am a firm believer in the effectiveness of the ingredients in this line. I won't be without it. I use the sensitive aging skin products.
