Better than what we had

We like the ease of cleaning and putting it together. We wished it was thicker and had more weight to it as our dog is big and he shifts it a bit. We placed it against a wall for more support. It's a good product and affordable.

Temporary fix

I thought I was buying a dog feeder that was one solid piece, to replace the one I had, that was one piece. In the pictures it looked identical, but I must’ve missed where you have to screw in the plastic legs. It is wobbly and has no grip on the bottom of legs. I should’ve looked better at the item and its details. That’s my fault. For a smaller animal it may be sufficient, but I have a 100 pound lab, and it’s not sturdy and steady enough for him to eat out of without it tipping, no matter how tight the screws are in place the legs do move some.

Large dog

The product arrived quickly. The reason I’m giving at four stars is because it’s not very sturdy. I have a big dog and when she eats or drinks, the ball moves around. Other than that I would recommend.

Simple

Its easy to put together, albeit ours didn't come with screws but they're just small ones that are needed. It's at fine height for our two dogs and seems sturdy.

ok item need to fix

i read reviews and decided i could buy this and do the same with the legs (glue with e6000). used that on the legs to secure to the base and then used the provided screws with some glue as well. it is definitely sturdier but still not solid because the overall item is cheap plastic but it still works great. we have a large golden doodle, she's a tall girl so we needed this 12 inch tall elevated food bowl. it seems to work for her height. she doesnt move her food bowl or knock it around so it should last. the other reasons we bought this one was due to price and also bc we do use the large dollar tree bowls which fit perfectly and look nice in place of the stainless steel bowls.

Product is far from real life ready.

I really do not like to post bad reviews. However in this case, its vital, especially if you are ordering from Canada. I would discourage owners of medium and large breed dogs, from buying this product. 1st, because it has a poor design and 2nd due to the fact it is not balanced or weighted properly. The product is top heavy once filled with food and water. This device wobbles like a fresh bowl of Jello. This stand is not ideal for large breed dogs such as my Labrador cross. When my fur baby tries to get the the food at the bottom of the bowl, the whole stand wobbles which cause the water to spill: on to the stand, the food bold, and on the floor. My next concern, the product requires assembly, and the manufacturer do not provide the screws to fasten the product together. Did quality control fall asleep on this day? My other concerns includes poor communication from the seller and Amazon. Product was purchase from Amazon.ca, but was fulfilled by Amazon.com. By the time I was aware this was coming from the States, I felt stuck, and unable to stop the transaction. This caused duties and import taxes to be charged to my credit card. Annoyed, damn straight I am. Having to pay for a Amzon.com membership that just salt on the wound. To make matters worse, to return this product means I have to pay export and duties to send it back. Annoyed, damn straight I am once again. I feel like I purchased a bill of sale. I will sending this off to the VV boutique.

Sencillo y funcional, con estilo, perros MEDIANOS

The media could not be loaded. Está muy padre, se instala super fácil, tiene muuucha capacidad: Para el agua está perfecto, para la comida quizá un poco grande. Mi perro es mediano y apenas le llega con su carita, a él le quedó perfecto (13 kg) si tu perro es chico, no va a alcanzarle. El plástico es ligero pero aguanta bien el peso, te permite barrer fácilmente el piso y mantener la zona limpia. Los cuencos son fáciles de conseguir en veterinarias o en el súper (Ya vienen incluidos), pero si quieres tener uno extra, limpio, es fácil de conseguir.

I was really excited but it’s causing more headaches ????

This feeder is right height and I chose it as it said spill proof. BUT it’s not , not at all and I can’t even fill up a full water dish without the rims of feeder becoming SOAKED and trust me it no NOT easy to dump, I have to dump excess water on my floor and mop it up ‘:((( I really needed a good water feeder as I have 3 big dogs and the water is changed at least 5-6 times a day but they aren’t drinking out of this one as much as before They don’t like still water ( the water around the bowls ) so I fill the dishes up half and it’s gone or slobbery so it gets changed but I only dump the feeder once a day as it makes a huge mess I guess I’ll keep it as I didn’t see another one that was tall and was actually spill proof so I guess I’ll have to alter it or something ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️

Muy buen producto

Excelente para perros de talla mediana / grande, se arma bastante fácil. Mi perro es demasiado inquieto y a veces se sube a los platos cuando estoy por servirle de comer y si se doblan fácilmente, no creo que vaya a durar mucho :( al menos si se sigue subiendo en ellos. Cuando le sirves agua y por algo derramas un poco en el soporte, es un poco complicado de limpiar. Fuera de esos 2 comentarios, es buenísimo para que no se lastime su espalda tu perros mientras come.
