Works great!

This bag rolls nice and smooth and has a good amount of space, but would be nice if it were a little bit bigger inside. The straps that you would take out to put on your back are very difficult to connect. If I were to get another, I would just get one without them since I do not plan to carry the bag on my back anyways. Overall though it is a great pattern and has been a great bag for daily use.

Short handle life

I purchased this because I’m a college student who likes to carry my print textbooks to class and I have back problems which makes carrying it on my back difficult. This was slightly smaller than I hoped for, but I had trouble finding a larger, quality bag on wheels. I used this bag for classes 4 days a week for about 5 months. Then, suddenly one day, I grabbed it to go to class and the handle (to drag it on wheels and the sole reason I purchased this bag) just completely came out. I tried to reconnect it and noticed the small metal pin that adjusts the height was missing. I looked all around the bag and couldn’t find the piece. I had to switch to using it as a regular backpack as I didn’t have time to see if I could make one of my old roller bags work. 5 months is a really short time for this bag to be functioning. My first roller bag was a “shopping bag” on wheels and lasted for 10 years of intermittent use. (Roughly 1 year of daily use as I used it for about 2 months before I dropped out of school and then used it for about the first 2 years after I went back to school.) Since this bag cost twice as much, I expected to get at least a good 2 years of heavy use from it.

Excellent quality, but wheels are noisy!

Love my backpack on wheels! Fabric is excellent! Zippers are sturdy and well placed! Lot's of space inside! Place for laptop is safe and secure! The only thing I would like to be different is the loud noises the wheels make! I am not sure why they made the wheels with so much noise. People have said it sounded like a car was following behind them! Excellent quality otherwise.

Nice but not durable?

We like many things about this backpack, material is light, large capacity, 2 mesh pockets for water and umbrella, and looks good. However one of the rubber feet broke off today after only using it for two months. We are getting a refund and will be ordering another one to try (hopefully this one is just a dud)

Great bag

I'm a substitute teacher so I carry a mini classroom with me wherever I go. This bag holds it all! When packed, it doesn't have the shape shown in the photo, however. The pockets/sections are perfect for my needs. I typically carry a 40 oz water bottle, a lunch tote, a laptop with charger and mouse, various books, papers and files (in case there are no lesson plans) the usual teacher overabundance of pencils, pens, markers, colored pencils and crayons, some personal items in a smaller pouch, some office supplies, snacks and at this time of year, a hat, gloves and scarf in case I have to take kids outside for recess. It all fits in this bag! The telescoping handle is sturdy but does wiggle a bit when fully extended. The wheels are smooth and roll over almost every type of surface effortlessly. I haven't carried it as a backpack, it's too heavy for me with a laptop and books/papers inside (which is why I picked one with wheels). The zippers are sturdy, smooth and have nice pulls attached. The product info shows the outer mesh pockets being used to hold an umbrella and travel cup but they're not tall enough. Anything I put in them, that's taller than the pocket, just falls out while I'm rolling it. It is pretty well balanced and stays upright! I saw reviews for other rolling backpacks that wouldn't stand upright when packed. I haven't had that issue with this one at all!! It has a very sturdy padded handle on top for lifting up steps or into the car.

Great backpack for school

What my child likes: the many pockets, the top handle What my child doesn't like: the big pocket has a metal post going up the back. (This metal post is the handle.) The backpack has held up well for the past 6 months of daily use. My child is not exactly gentle with it. I'm sure it will last at least another year.

Straps Broke within 3 Months

My daughter loves everything about this backpack – it holds every everything a high-schooler needs, and it is super cute! However, both straps broke within 3 months of use, so it is now unusable for her. When converting from rolling to carrying, she tucked the straps into the back pocket, but they still hung out a bit, and then got caught in the wheels. This happened multiple times. When the one strap broke, the backpack scrapped along the front as it fell. Overall, this is a good product, if they can improve the strap issue, it would be a great product.

Versatile!

I have home IVs and purchased this bag to carry them around with me so i dont have to use an Iv pole! Its bog enough to carry both 3L & 1L bags of fluids in just one pocket and plus extra additional items in the other pockets! This is a must for medical goods and when its too heavy to carry you can wheel it like a suitcase! I love it and has lasted very well. It also hangs well off the back of wheelchairs too so i can take it with me when i go out.

Very good quality

I love this backpack so much the only thing that I don't like about it is my laptop does not fit in it comfortably enough for the zippers to close so if they could make the laptop pocket a little taller then I would say it's 100% awesome right now it's just 99% awesome. I have an Acer laptop however a mac laptop or smaller Acer laptop will fit inside the laptop pocket perfectly. In order for me to fit my whole laptop in it I have to put it in the main pocket with my books and stuff which is not bad but it defeats the whole purpose of having the laptop pocket. It's got a lot of great and use full pockets and it's not so heavy and the wheels are not loud and annoying so it was worth the purchase.

Great value and design. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered this one and a different design for my two daughters. They love it! Big enough to use as a travel carry on, lots of pockets. We received a defective one where the handle bar doesn’t go down but Amazon/seller resolved the problem ASAP by sending us a new one while we returned the defective one. So far so good. I can’t say much about durability but we are very happy with it so far.

Overall great product, but handle is not very good.

I purchased 2 of these for my girls for school. Overall, the quality is great and it has lots of room. The backpack is made with a durable material and the colour are very vibrant and look exactly like the picture. The extra pockets are a nice feature as well. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the handle on both of the ones I purchased keeps skipping the middle position. It goes to the longest extension and the shortest one, but for some reason, it's very difficult to get into the middle position, which is the one that is the perfect size for my kids. The others are too long or too short. Aside from this defective feature, overall the backpacks are great quality.
