It fits a Mossberg 500/Mav 88 rib, and works as it claims.
C400-1 fit perfectly on my Maverick 88 rib. Front snaps on tight, rear fit nice and tight when screwed down. Good visibility even in lower light. For people wondering about construction details. On the rear sight the elevator, leaf, and mounting is steel. The plastic part is really simply a locating bracket that isn't even really nessesary if it were to ever break, which once it is installed you would need to be extremely unlucky. The front is mostly plastic but since it envelopes the vent rib I couldn't see one breaking it very easily at all. That being said if one was worried about losing it (which could happen if a branch knocks it off) you could snap it up closer to the rear sight for carry or put it in your pocket. It literally goes on is less than a second. Would not hesitate to buy the set again for under $20.

Seriously...
The magnetic front sight is great. However, I see no way possible to mount the rear sight on my mossberg 500 tactical persuader. It has two screws side by side, and there's no space for this. I have four screws in a row?? I don't know. I thought the rear sight would also be magnetic and it is not. The product on the HiViz website says its compatible but no such luck. Oh well. Money wasted.

If you want the finish on your gun scratched, a sight that wont hold windage, a prehistoric elevation adjustment that WILL scratch the guns rib then this is a sight for you. If you have a gun you don't care about, this sight is for you. Trash. Junk. Rubbish. Joke. Garbage.

hiviz shotgun sight
the hiviz shotgun sight is a great product. easy to install an do not need a gunsmith. the rear sight gets screwed to the rib on top of the barrel and the front sight is held on by magnets. it comes with all the tools you need to install the sight. makes aiming alot easier.

Front sight has plenty of magnetic strength but is too big for a Mossberg 930 JM Pro

Too expensive for what it is.
Made of weak cheap plastic... not sturdy enough to be used on a real gun. Also, not reliable, neither accurate.. requires too much mill work to installed and still it is not reliable... I had to dispose it.
