It all depends on where your House pipes run,,, if this may work for you.

I under sink mounted for a kitchen faucet. This is a much better option than installing a 4 gallon bulky under sink tank or an under powered 120v POU inline heater... But, this units Aquastat (sensor) has a 20 degree temp range, 85 Low limit - 105 High limit.. In Florida, our pips all run underground so they cool down very quickly in the dirt, yet the sensor does not call for a pump run as it sits in the nice warm H/W pump housing. 2 hours went by before the pump ran the next cycle. My water after just 15 minutes cools down so much that running the hot water tap looking for HOT water still take the same amount of time as without the pump. This pump "may" work if your pipes are insulated or are routed inside you house. The company sells "On Demand" controls,, but they say they run for 5 minutes when button pressed.. My water gets HOT after 90 seconds at my faucet.. 5 minutes running time would fill my cold lines throughout with hot water. Manufacturer really could and should offer better control solutions as these pumps are a great idea for every home!

Easy to install, works great!

While not the cheapest option, but this is a quality pump, easy to install, quiet in operation. Very pleased with it. I installed it on a smart plug so I can turn it on/off using Alexa, and it does work well with my instant on water heater. Just don't use the timer as it defeats the savings of having an instant-on water heater. We simply say "Alexa, turn on hot water pump", and it will run till hot water reaches the faucet when it automatically turns off. At that time, we tell Alexa to turn off the pump and take a hot shower with no wasted water.

Does the job. Great customer service from manufacturer

Initially, I was disappointed when the pump did not work correctly. But, when I called the toll-free number provided, the manufacturer provided full support, sent a replacement, and made sure I was very satisfied. My plumbing arrangement is not ideal for this application, but we can tell that the pump is making a difference in decreasing the time we need to run the hot water waiting for it to get warm. I highly recommend this product.

Should have done this years ago

Easy to install for what it is... No leaks first try. Used power from dishwasher instead of garbage disposal because of how the switch was wired. Along with our manifold water supply, every faucet now has hot water in seconds. Something I didn't know because it's missing from the specs is that once the water is detected to be hot, the pump shuts off so you can actually let it "run" most of the time and it will turn itself off automatically when the water is hot. It makes less noise than any other appliance so we never notice it running. This is the sort of thing that now that I've had it I'm not sure I'll ever go without again.

Tricky installation but works great!

The unit is easy to hook up and the instructions are clear. The challenging part is screwing it down to the cabinet. The screw holes are underneath the pump and nearly impossible to access. I had to use a socket wrench and screwdriver bit in order to fasten it down. Worked great once everything was hooked up!

Cold line will get hot too?

The pump and associated parts to the kit seem to be of quality. Unfortunately, the cold water supply lines seem to get hot also due to bleed through the check valve assembly I am assuming? Anyway, that’s a bit frustrating as I assume this causes my gas bill to climb even more now. Pump is quiet and fittings worked well. There was another comment I had read that called out the same problem of cold line getting hot water upon use. Be aware that this will likely happen. One last thing, it isn’t instant hot water everywhere. The kitchen elapsed time is about 50% better but still will take at least a minute to get hot. I paid $185 during cyber Monday. No way would I spend $425 on this product. I have reached out to seller to see if they will fix the issues I have with this product. I will change rating if the seller resolves my issues.

Does what is says

Very easy to install and easily reversible. Warm water within 5 seconds, hot in under 15 seconds, used to take about 2 minutes. Update eight months of use later : This convenience of having little wait for hot water is too costly. Checking my electric water heater consumption, and comparing to pre this install, it has tripled, the cost went up from about $10 to $34 monthly. Will be disconnecting or severely limiting the hours it runs.
