For the money...
For the money at almost $1,300, it should perform much better. Isn't much difference between low heat and high heat and the high heat isn't very high at all. It's an overpriced item, most definitely not worth $1200. I would not purchase this item again for the dollar amount asked. It's a $500 heater at best. Welcome to 2022.

Does not come with a power cable. When you can the manufacturer they want an extra $350 for a cable. Also requires a 75 or 100 amp dedicated circuit. So connecting it is a hassle and expensive if you need to get an electrician. It looks solidly built but never took it out of the box. All of these disappointing details are buried in product page and need to be highlighted better by the sellers. I would not recommend for home shop use given the electrical requirements.

Not much Heat for the Money
The heater are OK. They really don't put much heat our for what you have to go through to hook them up. They are 63 AMPs so you can' t just use a normal 50 AMP 220 plug and receptacle. You have to hard wire them into a 100AMP breaker box with a 80 AMP breaker. I bought two for my warehouse and really doesn't work that well. If you stand in front of them you can feel some heat but that 's about it. For the price they are and the pain of hooking them up don't waste your time or money.

Would not recommend, totally insufficient heat being produced, needed electrician on site to provide 38 amps of 240v power. I purchased smaller 17000 btu units it it worked better. Would not recommend to anyone. If yor're going to use these big units go for the much higher btu units but it requires up to 60 amps power and some at 440v. Definitely not worth the price and trouble.

Received product, it came without the power cord. It took us about a month to get someone to come out and hook it up. It does not work, the electrician said the switch was bad, he called to get new switch sent out and we haven't heard anything. Would not recommend purchase.

This heater did a fine job of heating our 3000 sq ft shop, uses a lot of electricity though.

Works great for temperary heat in new construction or remodeling. Heat without having to live with the fumes produced propane or kerosene heaters
