Very hard to install.
My contractor installed this for me and even he had a hard time! The hooks look beautiful but towels slip off easily and I could never have installed it myself, too complicated.

Nicely made, a little more time to install than expected
The wall hooks are nicely made and look good once installed. I thought installation would be a breeze, but it did take a bit longer than I expected. You cannot install this in a stud, or too close to a stud, with the hardware provided. I had to install mine off-center on the wall which bothers me, but I’m sure others don’t really notice. I also used a level before drilling the holes, because there is no room for ANY adjustment of the wall plate due to it’s design. Each hook has a square base that fits snugly into a square hole to prevent the hooks from twisting or turning once installed. Purchased the matching glass shelf and they look nice together.

Looks good, but take your time installing. And bring your own hardware.
Attractive. Harder to install than it should be. Maybe print a template on the box? It’s just a lot to line up and mark, and then hope nothing slipped to mark the other side. Also, I installed these on doors. I think a lot of others will do the same. The old-school molly bolts that came with them would work in a wall, but are way to long for a door. I’m happy with the result. It just took 20 minutes to install something that should have taken 5.

Nice but tough to install
As with others said, this was definitely more difficult to install than we anticipated when opening the box and seeing the 4 step instructions. The drilling of holes was easiest but we had not worked with Molly bolts before and this made it a bit confusing. Otherwise, we love the look and found similar single hooks also to install immediately outside the shower so they coordinate.

Smart Design and Attractive Door Hook
It was harder to find double robe/towel hooks than I thought it would be. After much research, I ordered this one and I highly recommend it. It is designed so your robe or towel does not slide off end of hook as hooks are longer and vertical rather than just a horizontal piece sticking out of the base. This double hook has a modern, industrial look and the chrome is very shiny.

Very nice hooks but not all one piece
I ordered this particular hook because I thought it would be easy to hang, with all 3 hooks on one bar. However, the 3 hooks have to be individually hung through holes in the bar. The bar is just decorative and not attached. Once on the wall, I love it! It looks great, and our towels stay put. Highly recommend.
