Moisturizing but too pricey
Smells nice and is good to help with winter hand chapping, but there are soaps that are equally good that don’t cost this much.

Arrived damaged
It arrived in a blister bag without any extra cushioning. The photo shows it directly out of the bag: pump top is missing and wasn’t in the bag. I love this product but can’t recommend that you buy it from Amazon.

Obsessed!
I am beyond obsessed with how soft and amazing this makes my hands feel!! I sometimes wash my hands twice now literally because of the soap!!! It smells great to me and doesn’t leave my hands dry and cracked!

New favorite
As someone who was initially concerned by all of the very recent negative reviews here (as well as on the L’Occitane website) about the changed formula in this hand wash, I have to say I’m still pretty happy with the product. I didn’t experience the previous version that people claim was better, but this is still definitely one of the most moisturizing hand soaps I’ve used. It’s the consistency of a creamy lotion, and it feels great while washing. Your hands feel very soft (but clean). I always follow with their Shea hand cream with amazing results. Part of me wonders if they changed the formula to better compliment their hand creams, or help them absorb better. I have sensitive skin and while my hands don’t feel dry after using the soap alone, I find that my hands feel absolutely incredible when I use the soap and then the Shea cream afterwards. The two really make a great pair, and your hands feel insanely soft without a greasy feel. Sometimes moisturizing soaps can make your hands feel filmy or too slick, but this isn’t the case here. The product disappears into your skin and does it’s job well. It’s a really great soap for frequent daily washing, which we are all probably doing a lot more than before. I stumbled on L’Occitane after buying a stick of their Baux deodorant, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how much of a step above their stuff is from the usual stuff you’d find at the mall or in your parent’s house. I was wary about buying these kinds of things from Amazon, but so far it’s all been authentic and great quality. I’m going to start giving this stuff as gifts rather than that awful harsh crap they call soap at B&BW.

My hands thank you!
This is super awesome. My hands are exceptionally dry in the desert climate and this lotion always makes them feel super soft and smells amazing. I keep it by my kitchen sink so it’s always close by when I need it. And I love the shape and size of the bottle.

Heavenly Scent, with a slight similarity to baby powder.
Love this product. Used it years ago, and so happy to find it still in production. A real treat, and aromatic lift in the shower.

Arrived in Damaged Container
The product is great. But the container has been damaged both times that I ordered. This order was to be a gift but I cannot give it because it is damaged. I would not recommend ordering it for that reason.

Super product
After an initial problem, ie wrong quantity delivered, the whole process was very quickly resolved and I am very happy with both the supplier and the product. I use this hand wash frequently as it is cleansing and moisturising.

Freute mich auf meine Bestellung und würde das erste Mal richtig enttäuscht. Normalerweise ist das Produkt wenn in es im 80km entfernten L'Occitane Shop kaufe recht dickflüssig, diesmal jedoch wurde bei beiden Bestellungen, weder die Pumparretierung verschlossen geliefert, noch ist die Konsistenz vergleichbar. Es ist fast wässrig und hatte Schaumblasen!! Auch der Geruch war schwer mit dem in Orginalshop verkauften zu erkennen. Bin schwer enttäuscht, da ich bis jetzt sehr angetan war von den normalerweisen guten Erfahrungen die ich mit meinen Amazon Bestellungen gemacht habe. Werde aber bei solchen Dingen doch lieber die Fahrt in Kauf nehmen und mir die gewohnte Qualität zu kaufen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Yvette Assmuth
