Missing parts
Finally had a chance to get this unit put together. (Purchased in April 2022, 1st used July 2022) Very simple, add 3 legs and put on a floating lid. Missing 2 bolts and 3 cap nuts for the legs, and the small screws that hold the lip retaining plastic on the lids. So, I had to purchase separately. Not a big issue, but when you only have 3 legs that have to be put on, and 6 large bolts that attach the legs to the unit, and 4 small screw that hold the plastic lid on, were not talking a complicated packing list. Other than that, it works as expected. The only design change I would suggest, is to place the drain either closer to the bottom of the collection bin or in the bottom itself. If you don't tip the unit when you're done, you're leaving at least 1 quart of honey in the bottom.

Good for the proce
There was a bolt missing which was easily remedied. The lid hinges were missing which I will contact the manufacturers about. Assembly was easy (instructions could have had a diagram or two) Appears to work well, bucket fits under it. Might add to this after I’ve used it. Had it had all the parts I would have given a 5 star review

Honey Extractor
Works great, was damaged though, had dents in the side and lots of nut/bolts missing.

A great hand cranked extractor!
I screwed this down to two pieces of 3/4 plywood cut to 4’x4’ pieces glued and screwed together. Once that was done I simply spun one side of frames at a medium speed for a couple minutes, then turned the frames around and spun the opposite side clean. I was able to stand on the plywood and prevent, for the most part, the wobble that afflicts all of these extractors. After emptying the second side of honey I flipped the frames again and finished the first side. This method seemed to also help with the wobble. The extractor comes apart easier than I though for a thorough cleaning. Stand clear of the hand crank but overall, we are very pleased with this.

Plan to purchase nuts and bolts
The packaging looked sturdy and the main pieces were intact. however I was missing about half of the hardware, so I had to purchase nuts and bolts to assemble it. the good news with that is I was able to purchase stainless steel hardware because some of what I did receive was not stainless. After getting it together, without real instructions. One item I would have liked to know is if the gasket on the honey gate is supposed to be on the inside of the drum or the outside. I put it on the outside. Even though I was short parts, I did find an extra ell shaped bolt which appears to be what would be used to hold the crank bracket to the drum. Mine had both so I did not need it. The high point is that the gear mechanism seems much smoother than what I would have expected. I would say that the design seems good, and the major parts are good, but the packaging and getting the hardware is very poor. this is the first product I recall purchasing where all the nuts and bolts were just loose in the box, not in a bag.

Assembly Required
Assembly: Many of the bolted connections had rattled loose in shipment and the hardware was loose in the box. Easy enough to put back together but I was missing 2 small nuts for the plastic lid. 2 out of 3 legs went on smoothly, but the third required some bending and a clamp to get on. Operation: The gearbox spins smoothly with no hang ups. I did pull the cover and better distribute the factory grease anyway. I may add more next harvest. The ability to spin 3 frames at once is nice, but it does get off-balance easily. I had to lean on top of it to keep it steady. It does have holes in the legs to bolt it to the floor or plywood. No leaks from the honeygate as long as the screws are tight. Overall a good starter/value extractor, but know that it will not be ready to go right out of the box.

Great little extractor
This is a great little manual honey extractor. Did not come with assembly instructions but was not hard to put together. There were 3 left over pieces, the "L" shaped one is a replacement for 1 of the 2 bolts that hold the gear box mechanism to the body of the extractor. By removing the 2 dome nuts connected to the "L" shaped bolt on the top of the extractor everything comes out for easy cleaning. I actually put it in my shower & used hot water & dish soap to clean it, before & after extraction. Once you put 3 frames in their dedicated spots, put the cover on & start cranking. Next year I will build a stand for it just out of 2x4s so it doesn't vibrate on the floor; when you reach top speed, it will vibrate a lot & helps to have 2 people hold it. Once extraction was complete, I took the frame holder out & used a silicone icing spatula to scrape down the sides & push remaining honey through honey gate. Cleanup was a breeze - the easiest part of the whole process - just put it in the shower(I did not put gear box in water) & run hot water on it & a little soap.

Works great but it might be missing some screws
Fantastic extractor for the money, metal gears, stainless steel drum, very sturdy. But, just like other reviewers it came missing a few bolts and cap nuts. The legs have to be assembled. It appears the packers put the bolts in the holes that they belong to help the end user assemble but they must have worked their way out and fell out of the bottom of the box which only has one strip of tape leaving gaps. Three Hex Bolts and two Cap Nuts from the hardware store and we were in business.

So far so good. Seems super sturdy
This specific one is sturdier feeling than others we've tried. I'm opting it lasts forever.

Make sure you have all the parts.
Missing parts. Lid broke first time used Had 200 pounds of honey to spin so had to use it. Not something we use everyday so only knew about missing parts after it was too late to return.
