pumps
Just like others, nothing wrong with the product itself, but pumps did not work. Pulled them off and pushed back on and they work properly now.

Love this product. It smells amazing. It makes my hair soft and shiny. I use this in connection with olaplaex hair oil on the ends of my hair and this seems to be the dream team. I did relearn how to wash and condition my hair --us shampoo only on roots and 1/3 way down hair shaft...dont want to strip oils from ends. Then when I condition I use the conditioner on my mids and ends. If I put conditioner at my scalp then my hair gets oily in day or two....if I use it from mids down then I can go 3 days at least without washing again - this has helped my hair to finally grow out long. I do have spray in leave on conditioner that I use occasionally if my hair feels dry. This product is wonderful.

Broken pumps
Just got mine and like many others, the tops wouldn't unwind. I just pulled them off and pushed them back in the way they were intended and they're working fine now!

Hair and scalp feels amazing!
I’ve tried many products, but the past few months have found Moroccan products suit my hair best. I read many reviews about this shampoo and conditioner set. So glad I ordered. My scalp feels so happy nana my hair clean and hydrated. I was with my nail technician yesterday and she said, “did you get your hair done?” And I was like, “no, I washed it!” Haha. My hair styles easier too. I have the dyson Airwrap and it works so much better and so much quicker with a good shampoo and conditioner! Will be buying again when I run out.

Excellent smell and quality
Really enjoy the smell and results from this shampoo and conditioner. With so many top quality hotels becoming eco friendly with pump type shampoo and conditioner I have started refilling the travel size containers of this shampoo and condition to include in my travel makeup bag.

pumps dont work, waste of product, now what? like the contents, will not buy again because of inconvenience of broken pumps and this wasted product. How many complaints needed before they do something.

Worth the money
This was recommended to me from a friend. There are about 4 of us who now use this shampoo and conditioner only. A few friends have tried it while at my house and have mentioned loving it, but they are not willing to pay the price. I honestly think it's worth it, and I have tried almost everything. For reference, I have damaged bleach blonde hair and spit ends.

Shampoo pump is not working
Well, if you have so many complains about the pump not working, why do you still sell it defected? Shampoo pump is not working, the other one is fine. The product is expensive, therefore I will return it. Thank you accepting my return!

Poor packaging!
As you can see from the photo, the bottles were not bubble wrapped and the top of the conditioner bottle broke. The shampoo and conditioner itself are good but just need to be shipped better.
