Very nice to look at but will not stay clipped

The quality of the logo is very good. However, the back falls off and I have nearly lost the pin a few times so now I cannot wear it without fear of losing it. Not sure if I just got a bad back clip or if it is more pervasive quality issue. Hopefully you will know before it is too late to return/exchange it. I really do like the pin though.
