Works as good as my favourite Hyaluronic serum, except it's slightly pricier.
I have combination skin but it can be dry in the winter. I find that adding a hyaluronic acid (HA) in my skincare regime in the winter helps add hydration to the skin. Hyaluronic acid is basically a humectant that pulls in water to quench and hydrate the skin therefore making the skin look more plump and firm. I have one or two brands of hyaluronic acid that I have used since a couple of years ago, one of them has vitamin B5 and Ceramide added to enhance skin hydration. This hyaluronic acid from Nip + Fab comes in a small 30ml round bottle with a pipette application. The first impression, it looks and smells a little bit like a white cloudy runny glue, except it's a little bit lighter and doesn't smell too strong. It's fragrance free and suitable for sensitive skin. It spreads and absorbs easily and fast, especially on damp skin. However, I find that if I layer it too quickly with another product, piling can occur. I have the same problem with the other HA that I used, the best way to overcome this problem is to let it completely sink into the skin before applying another product. As it can help lock and seal the hydration on the skin, it’s best to apply it before a moisturiser. I would use it together with either Niacinamide or Alpha Arbutin in the morning, and a vitamin C or Retinol serum at night. This combination has worked great for me so far, I haven’t had any problems with dry skin in the winter. My skin is soft and hydrated. In addition to that, I have not had any negative reactions from this HA. Having said all that, the only complaint I have is the price. The price of my favourite brand is 50% cheaper than this one. I would say these HA work as intended, but since the price of this HA is more expensive, it’s only logical that I will stick to my favourite brands and therefore won't be purchasing this HA when it is finished. Nonetheless, since this HA works as well as the HA I currently use, it could be a good alternative if I can't find my regular brands.

A little goes a long way
???? First impressions This is an intensely moisturising product in a high quality, nicely designed bottle. ℹ️ What/When will it be used? It is recommended to use this serum twice a day applied to a damp clean face. ???? Who is it targeted at? Anyone who wants an intense moisturising serum as part of their skin routine to moisturise and plump up the skin. ???? How is it Packaged - What’s it made from? This contains 30ml serum in a glass bottle with a dropper applicator. The bottle is supplied in a branded box. It contains Hyaluronic acid, Polyglutamic acid and Tremella. ✅ What do I like about this product? Firstly a little will go a long way. It is recommended to use 2-3 drops in the face twice a day. The bottle contains 30ml and each ml of liquid generally contains 20 drops so at 3 drops twice a day this should last you 100 days. The dropper applicator means there is no wastage and one drop does cover a reasonable area so 3 drops on the face is the right amount in my experience. The consistency is reassuringly thick. It is almost odourless, it has a very slight ‘medical’ smell I can’t think how else to describe it, it’s not at all unpleasant. When applied initially it feels ‘tacky’ as it starts to absorb. It gives great results, it’s intensely moisturising and gives a smoother appearance. As for long term effects I can’t comment at this stage. It’s not irritating to the skin. The branding is great. ❌ What could be better? I can’t find anything to improve upon at this stage, I love this product. ???? Summary… Great addition to my skincare regime, would definitely order again. I hope you found this review helpful.

Very happy with this product. One of the few that seems to live up to it's claims
This gooey syrup-like transparent serum has a very light grassy-herby fragrance that is clean and fresh. They say that it binds up to 1000 times its weight in water to recover lost moisture back into the skin for a younger appearance. I am not a scientist so I cannot verify that particular claim but it does Indeed show visible results within minutes of using it. I tried it first on my hand and once it was absorbed, the skin looked like someone edited my skin’s appearance in Photoshop, all smooth, evened out, plumped up and upgraded to a younger version. The serum is light, absorbs quickly and apart from soothing the skin into a smooth younger look, my fine lines become less apparent. As if I have used a filler. It leaves no residue. And, the surface of the skin gains a matt finish that adds to the depth and richness of the skin colour. I’m even reluctant to put any makeup on. The dispenser (dropper) is easy to use and due to the viscosity of the concentrate, the drops are released slowly so I can control the right amount without wasting any of the product. At first, it sits on the skin like a dew drop but when I start to massage the skin, it just melts away. My face feels fantastic every time I apply it and I feel good about putting it on my skin. This product is total indulgence.

Love everything about it.
The consistency is a very light gel that's easy to apply and soaks in almost instantly. It isn't as sticky as other hyaluronic acid serums I've tried, just make sure you wait until it's fully dry otherwise it'll feel a bit tacky. I would suggest starting off with damp skin (especially if your skin is already dry) otherwise the acid will pull moisture from deep within your pores and cause your skin to dehydrate even more. This is how hyaluronic acid works, by drawing in outside moisture and trapping it. I typically mist my face with water, apply the serum, and then mist a second time. Applying a moisturiser or face oil after the serum would also do the trick! I haven't noticed any plumping effects so far over the past two weeks, but the texture of my facial skin has certainly improved. My skin feels soo soft and can stay hours longer without feeling dry. Overall very happy with this. I've used a couple of Nip+Fab products over the years and have never been disappointed. I'd be happy to recommend.
