1st unit didn't work, replacement works fine
UPDATE TO BELOW REVIEW: I received my replacement and it works just fine. It works to shave fine and coarse hairs down. Best used in a circular motion. It does not fully remove any hair, so there is no pain involved like when you wax or pluck. The motor is not strong like a larger typically would have. Very quiet. Pics include a pen to show size comparison. Will fit nicely in a bag, purse, or pocket. Light works decent. I'd say overall it's a good little option for on the go to grab those pesky hairs, or in-between waxes to save on some cash. Handy choice for those of use with PCOS where hair can be a daily or twice daily ordeal to keep plucked. Note: As description says in the instructions, a little warmth on the device head is normal. My experience was it's perfectly fine. _________________________________ I received the device. Package was relatively easy to open. Sized a little larger than a classic lipstick case. Feels a bit on the cheaper side, especially the on off button. Comes with a generic AA battery, a micro brush for cleaning, paper instructions that are easy to understand. I placed the factory provided AA battery in and followed the steps to reassemble and turn on. It wouldn't turn on. I got two more working AA batteries from my home. Same thing, it didn't turn on. I contacted customer service and they are replacing the item with a new one. Once the new one arrives, I'll update my review and give feedback on use.

Love it and so does my teen son, ha!
This little thing works great. I have never waxed my upper lip as my hairs were always very light.. but as I near menopause they were starting to get thicker / more noticeable. I did not want to wax so trued this. Works perfect for my needs. My teen son actually “borrowed” it for his mustache that’s starting to grow and his unibrow, lol. I was like, you did what?? So, I just ordered him his own in blue. It might be a good idea to have a more masculine color choice because even the blue is a little “girly” but he won’t mind.

Works great!
I was skeptical this would work well because of how inexpensive it was but decided to try it based on the reviews and I am really pleased with it. I have purchased other electric razors that were in the 40 - 50 dollar range and returned them due to the irritation they caused to my skin. This little razor is gentle but works great to remove my facial hair.

Best hair removal ever!
???????????? This is the best facial hair removal I have ever used! I have been a fan of Flawless for years! I have 3 products from them: the Finishing Touch, Flawless Pedi, and the Nu Razor! The first time I discovered the Finishing Touch was at a Wal-Mart in 2018 or 2019. It lasted about 4 to 5 years, which was pretty good. When I saw the new and improved Flawless Finishing Touch on TV, I knew I have to get it! I have been having this since February! This bb worked so much better than the last one I had! It removes the facial hair off my face, chin, and upper lip even more than ever! It's fast, easy, and pain free! No nicks, cuts, or bumps, exactly as described! Great for all skin types! I can use it at home and on the go for quick touchups! It leaves my skin so smooth! I love it so much! Highly recommend it for all women who struggles with facial hair! Go out and buy this! It's an absolute game changer ????????☺️

WOW! Should’ve tried sooner!
Y’all….GET IT! I have pcos and have been dealing with facial hair and using Nair and waxes. I absolutely have no idea why I didn’t try this sooner! After reading the reviews I went ahead and ordered. Some said theirs came used so I checked mine upon arrival and it was clean and clearly brand new. I put the batteries in and turned it on. It’s very easy to use. You just rotate it in circles over the stray hairs and peach fuzz. I was SHOCKED at 1) how much hair came off and 2) how painless, quick and simple it was! Amazing! I will never use wax or Nair cream again! I love it. It did exactly what it said it would! 100% Definitely recommend! 5 stars!!!!

Does its job; no breakout after use.
I used to use old razor on my face before this, and this caused little breakouts. I used this facial hair removal one time so far: no breakout after that use. Better with really bright lighted mirror: because one needs to repeat circular motion until all fine hair is removed. No pain during and after the use.

Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Removal for Woman
I just love this little hair removal device. It is about the size of a lip stick holder. I usually carry a small purse and this little thing fits in there just perfectly. I can now take it everywhere. It is great for traveling. It is very easy to use. It has a built in light and it does not irritate my skin. If you are looking for something small that you can take with you wherever you go then this is the product you need.

Better than face razors
I have been buying the disposable blades for facial shaving for a few years and this out performs them in every way. I have very thin, blond peach fuzz on my face and it works perfectly without irritation. I can use it everyday with no issues. Whereas the blades I could only use every few days or it would irritate my skin. Not sure how it would perform on thick or dark hair but if you’re a redhead like me it’s perfect!

Falso 100% Falso no es el original
Yo lo pedí el viernes y me llego el domingo a las 4 pasadas de la tarde al abrir el artículo me percaté que no era el original ya que al compararlo con el otro Que tengo que si es el original se ve luego luego que es FaLso . Si sirve pero no igual que el original se batalla para quitar los pelitos y la potencia del motor no es la misma no creo que tarde en descomponerse así que no lo recomiendo por nda del mundo que lo compren .......

MUY DECEPCIONADA
Es un producto al que le teniamos muchisimas ganas mi mamá y yo pero decidí comprarlo primero para ver si servía (y qué bueno que lo hice). Nunca he dado una mala review en lo que he comprado en amazon. Nunca he querido devolver un producto pero estoy pensando en hacerlo seriamente. No se si así funcionen todos pero no tiene NADA de fuerza para quitar los vellitos. Veo videos donde lo pasan y super rápido los quita y me hace pensar que es pirata, aún y con el “amazons choice” A menos que el mío viniera defectuoso o con la navaja sin filo, porque lo único que quita (con varias pasadas pero al menos los quita) son los vellos cerca de la patilla :(

MOMS EYE SWOLLEN!
I got this for my mom because she wanted to save a few dollars going to the spa every few weeks. She used it last night and woke up with a swollen eye & eyebrow! Broke my heart. So upset, a small gift ended up hurting her and NOBODY PUT THAT IN THE REVIEWS. It is not painless.

NO LO COMPREN.
“Funciona” pero no cumple con lo que promete, no logró quitar los vellos más chiquitos, me cuesta trabajo quitarlos en general y al final varios siguen ahí. Además es claro que el producto no es original, el nombre viene mal pintado; un producto de esa “calidad” se preocuparía hasta por ese detalle. NO LO COMPREN.

I wasnt sure about purchasing this but am going on holiday soon and thought it would be more discreet and better than tweezers or Nair. Im so pleased i did, it's the best product for removing facial hair that ive found to-date.
