I love the shampoo
I love the shampoo I have used it for years since my hairdresser recommended it it’s gentle on my hair it makes my hair shiny and it smells terrific

Made my hair shiny and somewhat soft
The smell is exactly like lever 2000 body soap which was weird. It made my hair somewhat soft and really shiny but the price is too high because i wished it made my hair softer. Buy this if you want more shine in your hair.

Shampoo
You need to ship the pump separate from the shampoo. My bottle arrived a mess. Had the bottle been sealed that wouldn’t have happened. The cap on this bottle does not have a good tight fit which also could have attributed to the problem

Leaked in route
I love this shampoo. Bummed that it leaked in route to me cuz it’s not cheap. I don’t like that If I want a replacement for a poorly packaged item that I have to spend time taking it back to town to ship it for a replacement.

Brightening & Cleansing Power with an Awesome Scent
I have platinum blonde hair, and this shampoo is awesome! This is NOT a purple toning shampoo for blondes, just in case you are looking for that. Paul Mitchell does have a purple toning shampoo called "Platinum Blonde Shampoo." The "Forever Blonde Shampoo" is a light purple shampoo and takes a quarter sized amount to get a great lather. I have a lot of fine hair that is super long (to my shoulder blades). It makes a lot of suds, but it doesn't leave your hair feeling stripped. My hair feels clean after using and very soft to the touch. The smell is amazing, and doesn't smell like a lot of the old lady flower smells in other shampoos. My hair is definitely brighter after using, and I pair this with the Paul Mitchell "Forever Blonde Conditioner." I use this shampoo every other shampoo, since I switch off with a toning purple shampoo to keep my platinum hair white. The "Forever Blonde Shampoo" is perfect for those blondes looking to cleanse, soften, and brighten their blonde do!

Blonde, curly/kinky hair
My daughter has blond, curly/kinky hair (natural) and this, plus the conditioner is amazing for her natural hair. It's not watery (like the other blonde shampoo and conditioner by Paul mitchell). It's creamy and doesn't weigh down her hair. It's light like her hair needs, and moisturizes the curls. When I get done washing her hair, you can really see her true blonde curls, and I absolutely love it! For those who have naturally curly/kinky hair, that is blonde, definitely recommend.

Watery..not like bottle purchased at Visible Changes
Never have I gotten shampoo from Paul Mitchell from the salon that was so thin and watery.. 1st time to purchase online and after opening and pouring in hand I noticed how watery it was. I used the shampoo... as I missed the return mark and didn't start using it until I used up my current bottle... (which was much thicker and not watery at all.. When I purchased this shampoo from Visible Changes in the salon; it was never this watery. Not happy.

May work for other people, but not for me
I have fine, thin hair that gets greasy very quickly. Recently I had highlights added in, so I wanted to buy a shampoo and conditioner that would keep my blonde streaks as blonde as possible, but would also care for my hair. The scent of the shampoo and conditioner is very heavy and strong, I didn't like it. The shampoo is ok, lathers fairy well, but it doesn't seem to be doing any good for my hair. Part of the hair which had been treated with highlights felt very dry and brittle after using this shampoo (and conditioner). It also dried out part of my hair that hadn't been treated. I didn't see it making any difference to my blond streaks either. I am usually trying not to waste anything and if I try product that I don't really like that much, I will still normally finish it, but this one I threw out after one week of use (I wash my hair daily as it get's very oily). I have since replaced it with different brand products and my hair is lovely and soft again and no breakage. May work for other people, but not for me.

No SLS, great lather, cleans well, the best
I've been using this shampoo for well over 18 months now after my previous favourite (Burts Bees Shampoo and Wash) was leaving my hair too difficult to comb through immediately after towel drying. This is the best shampoo I can find for my fine, grease-prone, shoulder length hair. It lathers beautifully, cleans well and has only a mild, innocuous scent. I find it perfectly economical as less is needed than with a cheaper shampoo and I tend to buy the bigger container (with a pump). Don't be put off by the name of this shampoo; it does not have any blue or violet tones that shampoos specifically for blondes usually have. The reason it's called Forever Blonde is because it's a relatively mild shampoo without SLS and it claims to maintain colour by that virtue. I don't have blond hair. I'd recommend this shampoo. I'm so happy to have found it. NB I only buy if both 'sold by' and 'dispatched by' Amazon apply.

Love the shampoo but Amazon let me down
This shampoo is great. Love it and have been using it for years. First time (and last) that I ordered it from Amazon. Shampoo leaked all over the bag it was put in. So less product to begin with. I’d rather pay £2 more and have an unopened full size product from the hairdresser. Update: I’ve since reordered and it was okay.

love this shampoo. My hairdressers use this, so in an attempt to get the same results as them I'm now using this. A little goes a long way, I have short hair and only need a pea size amount. Smells lovely, lathers well, cleans my hair gently. Really good value as you only need a tiny amount.
