Nice looking, good fill rate, bad assembly instructions.

I really liked the looks of these. The have a slick, clean look and if you install/configure the diverter value correctly it fills the tub really fast. Like many manufacturers, they've taken the approach to build "Ikea" like instructions based on pictures that don't really tell you all you need to know in installing this. I believe that this is what has led to many of the issues you read in other reviews about the diverter valve issues. If you don't take care to properly set the adjustable tube in the spout manifold to the correct length you either get horrible leaks (set below the inner o rings} or you get no/slow flow and it takes forever to fill the tub (tube adjusted too high and it rests against the diverter assembly). It took me a couple of times to get it correct.

Beautiful faucet

Very nice product I love it and to clear up some reviews about the leaks. It does not leak, if so you just didn’t have an experienced plumber to install it. Pressure is great and it fills my jacuzzi really fast.

This is a beautiful well-made set

This is a beautiful well-made set. My only complaint as noted by others is the water stains on the metal, even when I wipe it down after each use. I was hoping my "Magic Eraser" would clean it off, but it only minimized the staining.

Diverter is not a good design.

We had this installed on a new tub deck that we just put in. The only problem has been with the diverter. When using the hand held wand, I would turn it off and go back to the tub spout just by pushing down the diverter button. We started having a seepage of water out of the tub spout where it attached to the deck. Coming to find out, every time we push the diverter button back down, it unseats a washer. It's not easy to get to so we had to pay a plumber to come out and repair it. Apparently, when you are done with the wand, you must turn it off by turning the water off all the way at the hot and cold handles. NEVER just push down on the diverter button. It is a costly way to do so.

Beautiful and modern

Got this, the sink faucets and the shower suite to match. I love it all. They are big, bold, sturdy pieces and I love the water flowing out instead of spraying out. I got the look I wanted without the huge price tag that more "designery" companies wanted for their modern items.

So disappointed in this product

So disappointed in this product. The water flow slows to a trickle when the diverter is in. So had to cap off the wand in order to have water flow enough to fill the jacuzzi. Always thought of Price Pfister as the top of the line and it seems incredulous that this flaw has never been addressed and fixed. I love the look of the faucet, the contempory style, the chunky design, but disappointed in its function. Becky Setliff

Look for a different brand

When filling the tub the diverter doesn't completely seal the handheld wand. In order to fill the tub you have to keep the handheld inside the tub to keep water from getting all over the place. Price Pfister sent out a new diverter but it does the same thing. My plumber finally gave up and swore he'd never recommend Price Pfister to anyone. Price Pfister support is useless, even if you can understand them, because they're clueless as to their products. It seems from all the reviews that they've been having diverter issues for years and can't figure out a resolution. That leads me to believe they simply offer poorly designed products. It's Moen, Delta, and Kohler for me in the future, Price Pfister is just too unreliable.
