color is not like it looks online

This mug has a nice shape, and looks like it is good quality. Insert is also solid quality. The color, however, was disappointing. Online it looks like an iridescent pink. But it is not. It is flat pink, almost a mauve color.

Best mug for tea lover!

This is the BEST mug for a tea lover! I don’t drink coffee and love my loose leaf tea, so this is the best cup!

Love this!

I bought this mug for myself because I love drinking tea. This is a very cute color and just size for a tea lover. Unfortunately, this mug can not use the microwave. I'd like to rewarm tea, so I'm a little discouraged.

Beautiful mug

Loved the mug! Unfortunately the seller shipped me one with a less than stellar Pinky Up box. Had it been for personal use, and not a gift it would have been okay. But the box was crushed and torn up. Not beautiful for gift giving.

Not great quality

Cup arrived with quality defects in the applied color that created bumps and other effects where the cup isn’t completely smooth.

Not microwave or dishwasher-safe

It's a pretty mug and has a nice, large capacity - however, it did come with some minor imperfections in the glazing (a particle stuck in the glaze and a ding in another spot in the glaze). However, these cosmetic imperfections are very minor. The main issue with this mug is that it's not microwave or dishwasher-safe, which is massively inconvenient. It needs to be hand-washed with each use, and you cannot heat water directly in the mug in the microwave. Unfortunately, this is not disclosed anywhere on the product page. Other similar tea mug/infuser sets on Amazon are listed as being microwave and dishwasher-safe, so I would recommend skipping this one in lieu of other, more functional products.
