Just like the old tricycles you grew up with
It was for my grandson's birthday. The red trike was an eye catcher. The step-up on the back of the trike was helpful for small legs. The wheels are metal and the tires are rubber, NOT PLASTIC. It was a HIT!

Great bike!
My little 3 year old granddaughter loves her big girl bike! Very easy to assemble ( took about 10 minutes). It’s very sturdy and the bell on the handlebar was a big hit.

Just perfect
Radio Flyer is always to me a good brand.....also retro. My 3 yr old grandson loves it. Had to put blocks on the pedals for him, & he rings the bell easily. It;'s as pictured, great quality, sturdy, and than extra platform in the back made me hesitant, but grandson loves it. Highly recommend it.

Cheep fenders
Bought this for my granddaughter. Love it except the fenders are all plastic. The most of it is metal and seems sturdy except the plastic fenders cheapens it. I'm sure the will break right away. But very cute.

Seat attachment
The seat is held on with a round rod fixed to the bottom of the seat which goes through holes in top and bottom of the frame pipe. It has a bolt with a T handle that screws in from the side against the rod to hole the seat at desired elevation. No matter how tight you screw it the seat still rotates when riding. If the rod were D shaped so the bolt tightens against the flat side it would solve the problem. But then I am a 45 year metal fabricator and always looking to improve upon things

Useless heirloom! Don't buy unless your child is a giant.
I love everything about this bike except that it is useless as a toy. It is exceptionally well made, looks like it will last a lifetime, and can be passed down over and over probably to his kids. HOWEVER, my grandson is 2 1/2 years old VERY athletic, energetic AND the 95% in his height. His legs are the longest part of him. This is a tall kid! We set the seat on the trike on the shortest setting and it will probably be another year or two before his legs come close to reaching the petals. Wish, there were more holes to allow the seat to move up further. Wish I had just sent it back but he was so excited to try it he just pushes it with his feet while sitting. By the time this thing fits him, he will be ready for a 2 wheeler.

Better than advertised
Bought tricycle for 2nd birthday. Seat is safe and sturdy. Easy to assemble, though my little one is still a bit too small, loves sitting in the tri. Colour is very nice and the chrome is so shiny you can see your own reflection. Adjusted the seat but wish it can actually move and click to make toddlers seating closer to the steering wheel. Partly the reason why I bought it, as it states seat is adjustable. Steering is a bit wide l, wish it was closer to seat vertical wise rather than wide horizontally make child spread arms further away from seat. Overall very happy with the purchase and would buy another product, maybe a wagon.
