OEM quality it does have the quality but as far as I’m concerned all golf cart belts & parts over priced Take for instance a snowmobile belt what puts out over approximately 60-110 hp & turns at 7,000 rpms to 10,000 vs 13 hp & 2,000 RPMs is only around $25-35 more

Oregon 75-995 Belt for MTD 600 Series Auto Drive Model size 5/8 x 91

I bought this for my MTD Yard Machine model # 13AK608G129, 17 HP twin V, B & S motor, IT FIT PERFECTLY! The old belt was 14 yrs old and was cracking so I needed to change it. The problem was to get it on, had to lower the rear axle 1 1/4" to 1 1/2"" so there was enough clearance to slip the belt over the pulley, it was a PITA. Anyway, it looks well made and works well at an affordable price. Will recommend this OREGON brand belts and would buy again.

Bought for a 1999,2001 mtd autodrive mower. I avoided the cheaper belts others sold after reading reviews about their V being too deep. These belts were a perfect fit and certainly had a very shallow, almost flat V on them.

Down grade of original rating

If you are looking for a replacement belt for a vari drive mower this belt is one that replaces the original, without causing problems. The belt profile and construction is spot on for replacing original MTD etc. I have found Oregon products to be of good quality. and this belt is no exception. Pulls when it should, releases when is supposed to. Perfect replacement at half the price of OEM. Update 10/13/14 while this belt did fit well when installed, (proper tension etc. for movement control) I have observed over time a decrease in tension , now to the point the mower will not move. Oregon you need to work on this one, has your quality came down? I can not recommend this belt to replace original. The original belt lasted six seasons. It broke after six years, but did not stretch. Hope this will help you decide. I have to down grade this belt to two stars.

Oregon still rocks!

No second thoughts about fit or quality here. I've found the right replacement drive belt for my mower. As with every Oregon product I've tried so far, this belt exceeded my expectations at a great price.
