Not built to last

It’s a cool looking wallet but it’s not built to last long term. I bought it for my husband for Xmas and it’s already losing threads and the crease part is worn down. It’s only a few months old and it probably has 2 or 3 months left of life before it becomes completely unusable.

Finely made Patriots wallet is my husband's favorite!

The wallet is very durable with great Craftsmanship. I bought this amen wallet 2 years ago & my husband wouldn't get rid of it. Finally I found the same one (with free initials) & gave it to him for Father's Day & he is so happy. Loves it & would buy again.

How do I get my money back?

I'd like to know how to contact the vendor. The wallet was purchased and received. Looked good. Not more than two weeks later, the stitching broke. The user did not put more than one card in his slot. Horrible!
