Very helpful

This tool/ gadget was very helpful and easy to use. I can’t imagine how much time and effort this product saved me in completing a diy accent wall. We used a sprayer to add a pop of color and this protected the surrounding surfaces from overspray and was very ease to use. Highly recommended.

Had to paint my car exterior trim. Before and After pic, Had to use the tape so I wouldn't accidentally paint on the red paint. It turned out great.

Tape doesn't stick when wet!

I love how easy it is to use! Statick stick is great! I use it for Tinting car windows so I don't get electric components and leather soaked and damaged. This product helps from the whole interior of the door from getting wet (TO A POINT!) The adhesion the tape has to dry parts is greT but as soon as it gets wet the tape comes right up and no longer sticks so the seal is broke and water goes under the film. The only thing that helps me is the static adhesion the film has. I looked at all the options that popped up on Amazon for Tape n Drape n this was the one I landed on that I thought would stick keeping in mind what I was going to be using it for. Someone needs to make Tape n Drape with frog tape or some kind of tape that is water resistant and holds.

Time Saver

I used this for the first time on an outside project. I didn't expect it to adhere well to concrete pavers, so I wasn't surprised when it didn't. I used some rough surface Frog Tape to hold it in place. This was a time saver for me, and I would think it would be even better if used for an indoor job painting a room. My only complaint is using the cutter built into the dispenser doesn't work well on the plastic. It cuts the blue tape easily enough, but not the plastic part.

Does what it is supposed to without drama

I made the mistake of purchasing an off-brand once and couldn't peel the tape off the roll. This peels easily, goes on easily, is durable enough for a few days of painting. If you make this mistake of the tape sticking to itself or the film you can usually unstick it and keep going. The serrated blade on the dispenser is just OK - I suppose with some practice you can get the dispenser to work well but I like having a pair of sharp scissors handy.

Great for post-surgical showers!

Saw this on a YouTube video and tried it myself. I had abdominal surgery with a pretty large incision, and I used this, taped above the area, to keep water and soap suds from direct contact with the incision. It works great for a quick shower (shower too long and the tape stops sticking) and kept me dry where I needed it. It didn’t irritate my skin and was easy to apply and remove. All in all, maybe an unconventional use but it worked great and I’d buy it again if I needed too. Maybe someday I will even try it for painting my rooms..
