this mop mops! Casabella

I have the original Casabella which is a little different at the head and I wanted the replacement pad...instead I bought the whole new mop (hey, hubby can have his own now). I have all tile floors in this new house but I had terrazzo in the other and this mop picks up so well, especially animal hair and very fine dust and sand. It wears like iron and it swivels easily to get in corners and under things. I use my mop from a wheelchair and can handle it with an easy hand movement. As a further hint, I also own the spin head wet mop to finish the floors off with a clean disinfect shine. So I suggest the Casabella for everyday and the Spin Mop for happy cleaners and shiny floors. p.s. yes, find the Spin Mop at Amazon too...it's totally worth it!

Junk quality - get Libman instead

Like another reviewer said, this is nowhere near tht quality of the original dust mop head from Casabella. I'm super disappointed about how thin and cheaply made this seems to be. For less money, I found the Libman dust mop refill fits and is much better quality. Nicer than even the original Casabella pad in my opinion. The refill is NOT even CLOSE to the quality that came with the mop. Don't expect this one to last. It's certainly not worth the price. The pad isn't as thick or quilted like the original and the ends are fraying before I've even used it. Very disappointed that the refill is nowhere near the quality of the original one I purchased only a month ago. Otherwise, I LOVE it. I use it daily on my porcelain tile and it works like a charm getting into the corners and collecting the dust. But come on Casabella, the refills should be the same quality as the original.

Slips on very easily and works well.

At first I was very disappointed not to be able to find a replacement with snaps to fit my old duster. However, this slips on SO easily and dusts my wooden floors every bit as well as the original did. I have ordered a second replacement since then, so I can keep a clean one on hand and alternate them whenever the other gets too dirty.

Great mop!

Really, who likes a mop? My wife! We own a small business and bought two, one for home and one for a friend. She loves it....Highly recommend. Great value.

?overpriced knock offs??

Either the quality has really gone down since I purchased my original in the store, or these are over prices knock offs. They are about 25% as thick and don’t pick up nearly as good as the original brand one I bought. The only plus is they fit properly.
