UPDATE: Been using these a year so far and am very pleased. They are not overly hot, they definitely keep my skin safer, and they are a great substitution for all of the lotions and sprays I am sensitive to, and which can get sticky and stain your clothing, not to mention needing reapplication. I've washed them a few times and they are holding up good as new, no unraveling or holes. Quick note on sizing. I have not tried the product yet but I wanted to make a quick note about the sizing. The dropdown menu and the weight-to-size ratio on this sale page do not reflect what the packaging says. I've attached a photo here. I don't know if this means the packaging is older and what the website says is the true info, or if the sizing has changed and the packaging is from a previous sizing set. But I weigh 250 and I expected the Large to be a bit snug. A quick trial before I washed them felt as if they were not going to be a problem but I can't tell without wearing them out yet. I'll come review the actual product after I've worn them out. I just wanted ot get this info out ASAP

I wish I had discovered these years ago!

I. Love. These. Sleeves. I have a sun allergy and have been living in southern Arizona, so covering up is an absolute must for me, and I wish I had discovered these sleeves years ago! I put these on every time I go outside, and I haven't had a sun rash on my arms since. They offer excellent sun protection, but they are still lightweight, and they don't feel hot or uncomfortable to wear, even in the summer. I'm up to two pairs now so I can alternate, and I'm looking forward to gettting more color options. A note about sizing: I'm a plus size woman with large biceps, and I find that the largest size on Amazon does not go all the way up my arms, as shown in the picture. However, since I usually wear short sleeves, anyway, I just pull them up to just past my elbows, and they still stay put with no slipping or rolling down.

These sleeves are awesome! Riding a road bike in 95 degrees has never felt so good. NO sunburn and my arms felt cool the whole time. This cool feeling helped keep me feeling cooler in the extreme heat. Size Medium is a tad long, but I'm only 5'6". Never any issues with these rolling down my arm. Seam is subtle. I put the sleeves on then my bike jersey over. This holds the top up without issue. Sleeves would likely stay up without this, but I do it to keep my arms smooth for cycling. Color is great and likely plays a role in safety while on the road; very visible.

I want to love these!

Unfortunately my arms are too thin to keep them held up and I am not a dainty woman. Should make this one continuous piece across the back of the shoulders. The thumb hole is unique and a must, unlike many on the market. these actually covers my knuckles, perfect for driving. I love the material and the fact I can have it in safety orange. All that's left now is for it to stay up. Maybe think about a one piece?

If these stayed up past my elbows, I'd give them 5 stars. Of all the different sunsleeves I've bought, these fit the best! I like the way the fabric feels on my skin, and they do a fantastic job of protecting my forearms from the sun. I have these in 3 different colors, and they are my favorites so far!

Better warmth for training during cold morning temperatures

I feel more athletic, maintain warmth, and they dry fast when you sweat! These sleeves allow me to start my workouts earlier in the morning and still stay warm!!

Good, but they slide down your arm

Really like how long these are, they do slide down my arm though, however it's not much of a problem due to the length. Still kind of annoying though.

Actually work, and are well made.

I wasn't sure about these but figured I'd try, and they DO work. I could tell in just a few minutes of wear. It's like the hot and sticky goes away. My arms were even a bit cooler for a couple of minutes after taking them off so my wife could try them on. She wants a pair too, and she hates "stuff". Worth a shot if you want something cooling.
