Good insoles
These insoles are designed for sneakers and they work pretty well for me. They aren't thick in the way of padding nor super supportive for the arch but they are very comfortable. What I really like about them is that they have side walls to cushion your heel as well as a gel pad under the heel to better absorb shocks. The insoles appear to be constructed of three different materials - a regular rebound foam with high-density sidewall foam around the heel and a gel pad under the heel. They appear to be well made. They are designed for shoe size of 9 to 12.5, and have cut lines on the undersize near the toe end to guide you to cut them to your particular shoe size. Though the cut lines are marked in EU sizes but the product box has a conversion table for US sizes. Overall, I like these insoles a lot. They aren't perfect and don't have much arch support. That being said, they are comfortable and the shock absorption gel in the heel does help a bit. Also, you can remove them easily from your sneakers for washing or airing out. Good product. Give them a try.

Easy to fit, comfortable, great price.
No need for expensive gel inserts. These are much more comfortable than regular insoles that come with shoes, and are super easy to size and install.

These are pretty good
These sneaker insoles work quite well. They help prevent bacteria that causes odor and they provide excellent comfort to your heels. They come in one size but they fit almost many because you cut them down with scissors to fit your shoes. Once you've cut them so they fit you're good to go. You just insert them in to your shoes and go on with your day. They use lightweight rebound foam which is incredibly comfortable and soft for your feet. They work especially well for people who are active on their feet and are recommended for runners as well. I am no where near a runner so I cannot say anything about how well they work for that. They are quite comfortable though and do seem to help with going about every day activities. These are quite comfortable and if you’re having foot trouble you may find that they help you. These are pretty good insoles.

Lightweight Insoles With Extra Heel-Cushioning
These insoles are extremely light-weight, provide good cushioning throughout, and include extra gel cushioning in the heel. This makes them ideal for running shoes, especially if you're a heel-striker. They fit perfectly into a size twelve shoe and have lines if you need to trim them to fit smaller sizes. The heel cushioning raises the back of your foot noticeably, which may affect how snugly your heel fits in the shoe. I'm using them to make a dress shoe that's a little big on me fit more snugly and comfortably, and they work fairly well for that purpose, although the heel lift is a bit more than I'd prefer. Overall, these are well-made. comfortable insoles that are priced fairly.

Very supportive, and firm
These were easy to trim and fit toy husband's shoes, size 10.5. His gel insoles were starting to wear out, so we thought we'd give these a try. They feel more like a standard sneaker insole, firm, and slightly padded. They have a little more support in the heel, and they don't feel overly cushioned anywhere. He said he'd prefer a little more support in the arch area, but he prefers them to the gel type he'd been using.

These work great for my husband's cleats
My husband plays soccer and is also a coach. Over time, his ankles and feet become really agitated after he's spent time in his cleats. A friend of ours suggested he try some padded insoles. KIWI is a brand we know from shoe polishes, etc. so we decided to try them. I'm glad he did. The come standard to fit a size 12 shoe and my husband wears a size 10 so we just trimmed them at the top. Then once the fit was perfect, we used it as a pattern and cut the other one. They stay inside the shoe well and don't slip around. My husband still has some residual pain but there definitely has been some improvement. For the price, these are well worth trying. You don't realize how much more comfortable your shoes can be until you've tried these. He's pleased and recommends these to anyone shopping for insoles. Best of luck!
