This has been the best find ever. I am on my feet all day and they no longer hurt. I have bought several pairs and it fit perfect in all my New Balance shoes. They were advertised as inserts for men’s work shoes but if it works it works.

Lower quality than other Powerstep insoles
I've used these insoles for about 3 hours so far. One hour one day and two hours today. They are already deforming and coming apart. I've got 6 hours to go at work today. I know that my weight(312lbs) and the fact that I walk several miles daily, means that my insoles will wear fast, but this is a bit soon. I can normally get 4-6 months from a powerstep insole if I buy several pairs and use them in several pairs of shoes, or rotate them. These insoles are sort of comfortable, though. The right one is great and my right foot is the one that hurts all day usually. The left insole seems to be either too narrow at the toe, or maybe its actually a right insole? I don't have as much trouble out of my arches, but I can tell these insoles may not have enough for me. If your aren't way overweight like me, these may be a good option. If you also don't walk miles on concrete/sidewalks like I do, they may work.

A good basic shoe insert.
Fit shoe well, soft but very solid feel. The perforated top is great and will reduce sweating. I have used Powerstep before. Saved my heels when I spent 15 years on concrete factory floors. Reduced heel spurs.

Cheap quality; black foam flattens easily, not worth even ten bucks
I got the Powerstep ErgoShield Work Plus Insoles in Size #6, which is supposedly for US Men's 13-14.5 I have both the Powerstep Original / Pinnacle "I/J" (for Men's 12-13); in comparison, these ErgoShield Work Plus Insoles are longer, but narrower in the mid-foot and not any wider in the forefoot area. Although these insoles are sold in different sizes, the proportions seem more like 'one-size-fit-all' insoles, with too much of the extra length being in the forefoot area, while the back half of the insole is compromised to fit smaller sizes, unlike the Powerstep Original / Pinnacle, which have different proportions. Worse, the quality isn't that great for an insole in this price range. The black foam is thin and provides minimal cushioning, and the stiffer yellow sections are not much better. And straight out of the box, the fabric was already coming loose at the back of one of these insoles (circled in red in the attached photo). They are definitely a lot cheaper quality than Sof Sole Arch/Athlete insoles that sell for around the same price; cheaper even than most insoles that sell for half as much a the local Wally-World. All in all, I think it's barely worth two stars, and I'd have a hard time figuring out why anyone who is familiar with the alternatives would rate this five stars.
