I LOVE this for touch ups in between salon appointments without using the entire container at once!
I LOVE the color and I love how simple Clairol has made the process. I have medium brown hair and I travel for business often - for many months at a time. Finding someone I trusted in whatever city I happened to be in was too stressful, and several years ago, I decided to try this. The other brands made you open and use the entire container and I really want it for touch-ups, as needed. I need to control how much product I use at one time. I got good at mixing and honestly, it's a breeze. NOTE: When applying it, you may want to lightly comb it through so it blends the color with your dyed color. I do this and it blends. Use a comb you no longer need or love. It will get dyed, too! I leave it on the prescribed time and I also have forgotten and left it on about 10 minutes longer and each time it looks fabulous. I have even used it on my eyebrows, carefully. Even my neighbor/friends who get to see the gray creeping in think I have just gone to my hairdresser, so that says something. Also, I have thin hair, and keeping the color at the roots and the growing out hair added thickness again. I have a convertible and the top is down most of the time and I will say, the color does not fade. I love that it comes with everything you need for a successful root touch-up for a reasonable price. It grows out like any other hair color job.

Good coverage
Just used....so am hoping it last awhile. I was dyingl my whole head of hair with just having the hairs at my roots being gray. I will continue to use a root cover for as long as possible.

Does the job!
This product is easy to apply- covers the gray nicely. I use it as a root touch up in between full dyeing of my hair. Not too expensive!

I haven't started using it yet. When I ordered it, I thought it could be used many times. I didn't expect that such a small bottle could only be used once. I would like to remind you.

The brush is better than competitors
…and the golden highlights do NOT turn red like the other brands! Clairol has this whole thing down pat from color to control during application. (The tail of the included brush is used to part your hair over and over during application, so no need for your own tools)

Good Overall
Very little product. I could do only the front area of the head and some spots at the back and it was all gone. There are two packs in this order but I should not have to use two packs for one color session. Rating lost a star due to this. The fumes are very strong. While applying, whenever I had to move my head to either side, the movement of air would carry the fumes and get in my eyes and sting temporarily. This has never happened to me with any other hair color or root touch up. Lost half a star due to this reason. Overall, it did adhere to my greys, although not for the stubborn greys. Lost half a star due to this reason. It colored most of the grey hairs lightly. It's better than nothing and does make me look presentable! Ease of use: I love the little brush that comes with it and the bowl to mix. This is mess free and wait 10 mins before washing off. I will buy it again and touch up more frequently to maintain the color. This should solve the issue of stubborn greys.

I only received one bottle but got charged for 2 package set
Ok this product is supposed to be a two package haircoloring and I only received one but got charged for two. Anyway, we can fix this without me having to send it back maybe shipped me the second one that was supposed to be with this one. Clearly the box says 2 count I received 1 box with 1 kit.

No allergies!
I'm allergic to most of the hair dyes in market as I break out in hives. This is the first non herbal hairdye that caused no allergic reaction. Will buy again. Works as mentioned... Covers gray in ten minutes.
