I use the whole line, whitening toothpaste and special prerinse.no need to use dental floss, it loosens particles between teeth before brushing.

The first mouthwash that actually did what it claimed for me
I've used all the big name brands of mouthwash, from Listerine to Act. The final straw was a horrible experience with Crest Pro-Health which started clearly staining my teeth and orange/brown color (which I tried to combat by using MORE until I realized it was doing it). Ranting aside, I needed something new and fast. I had just become a coffee drinker from a new early shift at work, and combined with the Crest experience, my smile had seen better days. To get straight to the point, this mouthwash works. The best way to tell if a mouthwash is working well (or any whitening product) is to not tell anyone that you're using it. Within 3 days I had been receiving compliments from everyone around me, and I definitely noticed it myself. The product had started hurting after about a week, but I wasn't too surprised since I have sensitive teeth. I had been using it twice a day which was too much for me. Since then I have cut back to once a day and have added water (about 1/3 by volume) to the solution. The bottle suggests a half and half mixture but this works fine. It's still whitening excellently for me. I used to get dry mouth throughout the mornings when just using toothpaste and flossing but this has eliminated that. It keeps my breath fresh until after lunch (so for about 6 hours) even given coffee and a granola bar or so. I hadn't expected it to be so effective, as I was only looking for something to whiten my teeth, so this was a very much welcomed bonus. It may seem expensive, but you barely need to use any to get results from my experience. A previous reviewer suggested 1 1/2 tablespoon which seems about right. I don't measure, but simply put just enough in to be able to swish it around in my mouth. It may be even less than 1 1/2 tablespoon. I also have diluted it with water. That being said, while the price tag may scare you, you do NOT need to use much and one bottle can last a very long time. A few side notes - 1.) Just a reminder that this is a PRE-rinse, and it's recommended that you brush your teeth 30 seconds AFTER using the mouthwash. 2.) The bottle mine came in was all white and did not match the picture but it's the same stuff. Definitely give it a try if you're looking for a whiter smile. I was hesitant due to the fact I had never heard of/seen the brand before but will be sure to try more of their products after my success with this. I don't know how many "shades" whiter or whatever this gets but it's more than noticeable.

This tea drinking 72 year old swears by the whitening effect I'm getting.
I've been using the Supersmile system for quite some time now. This pre-rinse is part of the routine. You use this before brushing your teeth as a prep for the toothpaste and activator. After I brush my teeth, I usually use a water flosser. Instead of water, I've been putting this into it and flossing with it as well. My teeth look awesome. Since I have been using the system so long, I was wondering if it was doing any good. I had that question answered about a month ago. A visiting nurse came in to check my Mom and she said to me, "How do you keep your teeth so white?". So, it's working. I am 72 and an avid tea drinker....and when I say tea, I mean TEA! I like it strong enough to put hair on my toenails. My teeth should be pretty brown because of it. Since I don't use bleach pens or any of those kits, I can only attribute the color of my teeth to this system, and especially the rinse. I would suggest the whole system, but if you're going to take just one thing out of the system to use, it would be this pre-rinse.

It really works!
My teeth have become noticeably whiter after a month of twice daily use. I recommend it if you seem to always have stained teeth regardless of how often you brush and floss.

It works! Just beware of tooth sensitivity
This worked great for me! I used it for a month, along with the toothpaste and my teeth are clearly whiter and look great! I'm very happy with the results and would use it again. The only bad thing I can say about it is that YES, it can cause tooth sensitivity. After 1 month of use when my products just got empty, many of my teeth were very hyper-sensitive and I wondered if something was wrong (cavities?) and ended up going to the dentist. There wasn't anything wrong, but they told me most whitening products cause this problem in many people and now I'm using Sensodyne for relief. So just beware of this. I read another person's review who had to cut back or dilute the solution because of this problem. I used it twice a day without diluting it, so I would definitely do this and recommend this to others if I used it again and I plan to in time. It does work!

Whiter Teeth in Just a Few Weeks
I have been using this product for a few weeks now have noticed a big different in whiteness. My teeth were coffee stained and now they are 75% whiter. Great product. I will be purchasing again.

Majorly disappointed.
Had high hopes for the rinse, toothpaste, and activator gel.....but the product just doesn't work. I have five bonded teeth in the front and they have not been affected at all by this stuff, nor did my real teeth. I've used it faithfully twice a day for two months and ive had no results whatsoever. Majorly disappointed.
