I bought these to use in those 75 day "crisco" candles I've seen on Pinterest. You take a can of crisco and stuff a candle down the center making sure the top of the candle is even with the level of the crisco. Light the candle and these "emergency" candles burn for days on end. I also used them in taper candle holders at Christmas. No soot. No drip. Just like a candle is supposed to work. And they last a really long time.

These candles are awesome!

These candles are awesome! We have fancy sterling candlesticks that require a 1” candle, which has been impossible to find. We’ve been using 7/8” candles with a ton of museum wax for years, but no longer. These candles are beautiful, don’t drip, and last about 14 hours! (We light use them as Shabbat candles, so we can’t snuff them at night - they were still burning when we came down for breakfast!)
