Excellent Valve

I bought this to replace the guts of a warn out underground valve that qas 17 years old and leaking. I replaced all the guts and now they keaks are gone. All the part fit perfectly and are still the same and i didn't have to replace the whole valve.

valves arrived in good shape, on time, product I expected, and they interchanged perfectly. I didn't have to remove the old valve (which is a 3 hour job or more!), I just unscrewed the "jar" lid, pulled all the old parts out, and replaced them with all the parts from the new valve (there was nothing wrong with the old valve housing). My local home repair big-box store puts all the underground sprinkler stuff away for the winter here in Minnesota in mid-October, before I'm done working on this kind of stuff, so they lose my business there. Amazon is great, in this regard!

Great update to replace the older models I have now. This valve is slightly larger than the old ones but works great with a little modification of the pipes.
