Fake shampoo

I have used Moroccan oil shampoo for years, one of the main reasons is the smell, the other is it’s one of the few shampoos that doesn’t give me dandruff. As soon as I opened this bottle and put some on my hand. Knew something was wrong. Even the texture of the shampoo wasn’t the same, then even using it it doesn’t lather the same. I think someone has refilled the bottles with cheaper shampoo or something but it definitely wasn’t what I’m used to using. Please can someone contact me back about this I want a full refund

I genuinely never write reviews but I’m utterly devastated at how this shampoo and conditioner had left my hair, I first the only thing I noticed was so dryness at the ends, which I didn’t think was related to the shampoo and conditioner as I had used a mask on it that could’ve also been the cause, but as weeks went on my hair kept getting worse I know you’re thinking “why didn’t you stop using it” honestly I’m not really sure, I had spent a decent amount of money on a shampoo and conditioner which I normally don’t do and I was being stubborn. Also I didn’t have any alternatives in my house. But my hair is utterly ruined, whether i should’ve stopped using it or not a shampoo and conditioner at that price SHOULD NOT ruin your hair. I had shaved my head in 2020 due to bleach damage so growing it out and keeping it healthy was a lengthy process that I was committed too, before using this as you can see my hair was thick, shiny and it was the only thing I felt confident about, after about a month of using this i now have an EXTREMELY dry scalp which has never been a problem before, split ends and HAIR LOSS AND ALOT OF IT CONSTANTLY. I ordered some purology so as I’m waiting for that I have obviously stopped using this product but the hairloss will not stop. I have also been left with a very itchy scalp that scabs up randomly and I’m just utterly disgusted and embarrassed by my hair now. I keep it most of the time unless I’m alone because I’m so humiliated. PLEASE if you have any self respect DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL REGRET IT.

My hair is falling out!!

Purchased this to promote hair growth, and although my hair has grown long, my hair at the root of my head is falling out. I haven’t bleached my hair in months as was trying to grow out to my natural colour and get it healthier. I’ve been using this shampoo for the last 2-3 weeks and I have only just realised that it is in fact this product that is causing it. I am 25 years old and I now have the top of my head so thin that my scalp can now be seen. My drain is blocking every 2-3 days from the amount falling out. I’m absolutely devastated. Reading reviews on this product, customers have also noted that the argon oil used can trigger alopecia. The scent is lovely but the feeling of the shampoo is dry and does not seem to “moisturise”. I will never buy any of this brand again - the shampoo has gone in the bin. Do not buy!!

Not good. Avoid.

I bought this after seeing some very good reviews. Along with the conditioner. I have fine dry medium length hair. You need a lot of shampoo to give a good clean. Its smells kind of odd, not very nice. When my hair is washed and dry, this leaves my hair very knotty, fly away and scruffy looking. Am brushing my hair throughout the day to get rid of the knots and having it look half neat. I am also using the conditioner along with the shampoo. Not worth the money. If it wasn’t for the cost it would be in the bin. In short i have nothing good to say about this product.

Not for my hair

Too expensive for what it does Not good for my hair. Very tick and you need to use a lot of product to cover a short /medium hair. For subscription you need 1 bottle (250ml) every month. Smells very nice, hard to comb after wash. Not shiny at all, but opposite! My hair is very thin and gets greasy after 1 day Overall this shampoo is overrated and way too expensive
