Beautiful

This light was very easy to install for a beginner like myself. It adds the perfect pop of elegance to my kitchen. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because some of the wires and crystals are crooked which really bothers me, but I am trying my best to ignore it!

Missing hardware, not adjustable as described

Bought two individual chandelier style fixtures, which took a very long time to arrive. Putting that aside, we opened the packaging only to find that the chain is non-adjustable, so to have it any higher or lower you need to be very handy and or have bolt cutters. One of the lamps was entirely devoid of mounting hardware, and the customer service email does not support Canadian postal codes, and only has business hours. We designed the room with the shades in mind so it would be horrible if the return/replace didn't have mounting hardware (which is not generic, it's very specific to the shade). Overall quality is ok, you get what you pay for and this is not an expensive chandelier so that's not really a complaint.
