I think it's nearly perfect
I love everything about this fan. It's been up a week and it's perfect for our room. It was not hard to install and the only issues I had were two screws which were bad. The hardware is very cheap, so I hand tightened just about everything, rather than using a screw gun. I got it installed in about an hour. The height is pretty low. It moves a decent amount of air, not a huge amount, but it's a smaller one, so it's great for a small room. We only use it on low so far. It doesn't rattle, shake or make much noise at all. It's very quiet. I probably sound like I was paid for this review, but I honestly like it that much! Time will tell if my satisfaction holds up, but so far it's perfect.

It’s ok
It’s ok. These cheap fans are notorious for having vibration issues but I didn’t feel like dropping over $300 for a fan for my back patio. But.. I was hoping that since this was a smaller one, it would vibrate less. The fan looks good. The remote works ok. I do get some minor tapping on certain speeds but I’ve triple checked everything and the install is clean and everything is tight. Not bad for the price but if someone wanted to hire me to install a fan for them, I’d pick something else of better quality that wouldn’t bring my work in to question.

fan housing is warped
The fan was installed on my lanai correctly by an electrician...but it looks like it's wobbling. It's not. The problem is the piece of metal the fan blades attach to is warped, so there's no way to fix it. Very disappointed. To uninstall and return and then have to pay the electrician to come out a second time and re-install is more costly than the fan, so I guess I'll live with it. It's also not a quiet fan.

Incurable Wobble & Vibration
I bought 2 of these hugger, damp rated, ceiling fans to install on my patio. The ceiling of the patio consists of 2x6 joists, wainscoting panel and metal roof, so had to improvise to securely mount the fans. Tried two different techniques to mount the fans securely using ceiling fan brackets and when that failed, tried installing 2x8s between the joists & mounted the fans directly to the 2x8s. Unfortunately, neither mounting technique worked as the fans wobbled uncontrollably on the medium and high fan speed settings. I weighed each fan blade to see if there was a balance issue, but there was no difference in weight. I then noticed that the gap between the motor housing and the canopy on each fan was uneven and it appeared that this was causing the wobble. So it appears there was a manufacturer's defect that was causing the fans motor housing to spin unevenly when at higher speeds. At the end of the day, I contacted Amazon and without hesitation they sent me shipping labels to return the fans and refunded my money. Overall, this was a major hassle but I ended up ordering different designed ceiling fans (downrod attached fans) from Amazon that I am hoping will work!

Great Fan!
I put this outside on the patio! The install was very simple, the remote works perfect and it moves a ton of air. I like to keep it on low or medium, because the high feels like it would cool dinner down it moves so much air! Perfect for the hot summer nights. There is some noise, but it is much less then the little room fan I use to bring out with us. The noise is a nice background noise and does not interrupt conversation or anything. The light provides enough light for the whole patio as well. Would recommend!

Good Outdoor Fan
Package arrived in excellent condition. All components were included as well as necessary hardware. Even had a few spares. No damage whatsoever. Instructions were easy to understand and complete. Installation was pretty straight forward and simple. One note they might want to include: make sure your ceiling receptacle is rated for ceiling fan. Installed outside under our patio.Ceiling fan looks great, works as claimed with remote. I did notice that there is a little wobble at high speed but I will keep an eye on that. From unpacking to completion (including removal of old fixture) took less than 2 hours. The only tools I needed were a Phillips screwdriver and a pair of electricians wire cutters/strippers. If any issues develop I will update and re-evaluate. Update: the remote drains the battery constantly. Probably a button stuck or wiring short. Not a huge problem, we turn ours on and off at the switch. But to change speeds or light brightness, I install the battery, make the changes then remove the battery

Moves a lot of air!
Fan arrived early, which is always nice. Install instructions were very easy to follow & install was straight forward, took about an hour (without rushing). This fan moves a LOT of air! Exactly what we wanted, has 4 speeds also. Installed in the bedroom. There's a small noise from the motor that can be heard at the lowest speed, doesn't bother me or my wife any, you hardly notice it. Otherwise all you can hear on the other speeds is the air moving. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there's a slight wobble between the motor housing & fan blade shroud. It's not out of balance though, just not machined straight, but the blades turn straight without vibration so I can live with it. All & all quite satisfied.

Excellent replacement and modern
Looked for many models and settled with this one. Not using the remote as I had an electrician installing with a Lutron dual switch for dimmable light/fan at the wall

Nice Looking but Dangerous Assembly
The ceiling fan looks very nice. Unfortunately, while wiring it, the hook intended to allow hands-free wiring broke off and the main assembly fell, resulting in irreperable damage. Do not rely on this hook for installation.

Fan looks nice but the noise is definitely noticeable in a 12 X 12 room, even on the lowest speed setting. Also, it did not come with proper machine screws for mounting and the one fan blade has some discolouration.
