Total blackout
I simply zip tied these blackout curtains on their own rods to the back of my curtain brackets and used beautiful sheers in front placed in the brackets. Works perfectly and sheer curtain dresses up the curtain and hides any wrinkles. I also used velcro to close up any gaps on sides where light could get through. The result is TOTAL darkness which I enjoy when watching TV in my bedroom.

They work
I grabbed this for a specific use in the hallway separating my bedrooms from the rest of the open concept house. I like a curtain there that blocks light when my son is going to sleep, as well as to manage heat and cooling since we don't need the bedrooms to be at the same temp as the place we spend our awake time. My issue was not paying attention to the length, and these won't fit that 96" opening I have where I got them to be used. But they worked fine replacing the curtains in my son's room. Light blocking is good, as good as the others I had in his room. I like the tab top rather than the holes and such since it helps keep a solid surface to block the light, something the holes don't allow for. Worked well enough in his room, so I ordered the 96" version for my initial place in the hallway. And that works perfectly there as well. For the price, they do a great job. Only downside is the white backing. When it's in a window that's not a big deal, but I would've preferred the same color on both sides where it hangs to close up one end of the hallway.

Heavy
One panel ended up being heavy enough to break a plastic hook when I tried to just push it out of the way. The hook is rated for like 50 lbs so it's not a flimsy plastic thing either. Would have returned but missed the return window. Have moved it since then and it does seem to be doing fine there so I guess wasn't to bad. I will say I only got one panel for the price, seems a bit excessive.

Just what we were looking for...
Just what we were looking for a student apartment. Super soft fabric, light weight but excelent coverege, wanted for privacy at night and does the work! It has double fabric, the back of the curtain is white (which contributes to the coverage). It took us a while to decide which courtain was the perfect one for us since we had few requirements: it had to be affordable, with good night time coverage, preferably with no hooks, no ruffles, easy tu run, light weight (the rod does not support too much weight), not too bright color - and we found them all in this one! Also, the fact that there are two options to hang the courtain by the way it is made at the top (not sure how to explait it, see pics) was a plus - we just went with the way it seemed more easy to run. We got the navy blue color and in fact it is a rich dark matte blue navy.. loved it! PS. Probbably two courtains would have looked better for the 42" window, but one does the job for now. Cons: it comes wrinkled (folding marks) but what folded fabric/courtain doesn't. They are fading away with time. No comments on its insulation or energy saving effectiveness (it was not a requierement for us).

Great value for these light blocking curtains.
I was looking for something to hang in our family room and dining room that would offer privacy at night and block light during the day if we wanted to watch a movie without glare from the windows. These were the perfect solution. With 7 windows to cover, I needed something that wasn't going to cost me several hundred dollars. Purchased the silver and liked them so much I replaced my bedroom panels with the dark gray version. Plan to iron these out of the package. They are very wrinkled when they arrive. Once I ironed them and hung them up, the wrinkles were gone in a couple of days. The tabs on the back allow the panels to slide easily to open and close. Will most likely purchase more for additional rooms in our house.

Light Blocking
These definitely help block light very well but they are not pretty or attractive to hang!

Bought for every bedroom in my house
I bought the dark gray for my bedroom and was stunned by how dark my room was. I ordered blush pink for my craft room and same thing. About to order misty blue for my guest room. You CANNOT beat the price per panel considering the exceptional light blocking.

Elegant
Gorgeous blush pink color, can past for a neutral look with a subtle pop of color. Looks well made. Wrinkled like everyone said but great price for how elegant it looks. I didn’t like the loops so was happily surprised to be able to flip it upside down and enter my curtain rod through the pockets. Nice to have options. Good buy!

Great blackout Curtains
These Blackout Curtains really do block out 100% of the light except for a small amount which reflects up at the top which can't be avoided. I used a special black out curtain rod which curls back to the wall to help with the side light. They are an attractive Charcoal Gray color which is a softer black color. Black was too harsh. They did have wrinkles when I opened the package up and some came out in the first wash, but I needed to iron with a "cool" temperature iron to get them all out. Took a bit of work to do that, but looked very nice when they were done. I had 2 windows to cover; one smaller width which I used 2 panels and then the larger width window I had to order 4 panels to cover it properly. I ended up sewing the 2 panels on each side together to make it one. Worked well!

It's OK
It totally blocks out the early morning sun in my bed room. Sturdy, thick material. A bit expensive but despite the wrinkles that are impossible to get rid of (thus the 4 stars), I like them. They do the job.

I think I'm happy...
The white colour is more light grey, which was disappointing. Definitely made from a good material and 100% blackout which I was happy with. Over all.. I'm on the fence. Not sure if it was worth it for the price. I might return

Actually blocks out sunlight....
Review: Panel, 40" x 96", Blush Pink Very budget price but actually is very nice product. Stitches are clean and no loose threading. Material is a slightly darker blush pink than expected but it still works for my space. The material is white on the reverse side (black out side) and a soft velvety micro fibre feel on the pink side. Curtain rod loops are on the back side . The big question is , does it truly black out sun? I would say for the most part YES. There is obviously light leakage on sides since it totally depends on your curtain rod instalment and how much clearance there is. But from my current window position, high noon, full sun.... I see that veryminiy light leaks through the actual drapes. I have to say I'm impressed. I was a bit skeptical because the material is thin. But proof is in the picture. Minimal leakage thru the material. The only minor complaint I have is the fact that you must iron the curtains out if the box. That would be a common requirement for any pre-made drapes from a package. But this one seems to require a bit more effort. I got most of the creases out and naturally they will straighten out with gravity. It took a long time to iron. Bit of a pain. I bought four panels. The package only comes with one panel. 96" length is true to size.

Great curtain, very pleased
It's a bit pricey for just one panel, and yes, it comes a bit wrinkled, but nothing really disturbing. Once you hang it, it looks really good, the color is as expected, and most importantly it does the job as described. Very good blackout, not too thick, doesn't make the room hot. I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.
