Crop top - make sure it works for you

This Amazon branded top fits true to other Amazon sized tops my wife owns. We ordered her usual size (L) and found it to fit in arm length, chest, etc. My wife wanted this for the beautiful hyacinth color and the non-raglan cut. The set-in sleeves and the back yoke sets this sweatshirt above typical cheaply made shirts, but the cropped length in the end, wasn't her favorite because she is 5’9”. In fact she cut the bottom band off and uses this as a cute layering piece. Overall, we're happy with the color, fit and washability.

Cute, but too cropped

This was a lot more cropped than I expected based on the pictures. Granted, I am rather tall and often by tall sizes but I just didn't like the way it looked on me. I wear a Medium or Large so I got a large. It was too short and the sleeves weren't as long as I like either. I had to return it even though I love the color!

practically purple

This isn't my first time getting Amazon Essentials clothing. I have actually gotten a few clothing items from this line and have been quite happy and even impressed with the quality and design. Knowing from experience that this line has quality clothing, that is why I keep returning and getting more. This particular sweatshirt seems to run a little small because my usual size is M but I decided to get size L for a roomer, oversized feel. It fits just like how my size M sweatshirts would fit. It was only after looking at the tag that I realized I sized up for this item, yet it fit like my usual size. Perhaps the crop style made it feel like my normal size due to the length. It fit comfortably and the inside portion felt comfortable and soft on my skin. I do like the style and lines, especially on the back shoulder area. I got the purple blue because I've been trying to wear more fun colors but I do have to say I was a bit disappointed with the color. It wasn't flattering for my skin tone and is a darker purple (practically purple) than I had expected. I have another set of fleece sweatshirt that is a similar color and I looked great in it, which is why I was somewhat expecting that same color by getting this. I regret it and wish I had gotten the white or black. Overall think the quality is great, it looks and feels well stitched and sewn. The material feels soft. I wouldn't be surprised if some of those print on demand shirts uses this because I wouldn't mind the quality and design of this at all. I might just have to repurchase another one with a color I'll actually wear. Again, I am happy with the quality of Amazon Essentials clothing.

Plush, very cropped

This sweatshirt has a premium feel to it. It's very plush and soft, plus has little details like the back seam. I typically wear a medium and the medium I ordered fits,but is maybe too cropped. I'm only 5'2" and have a large chest, so this seems pretty short on me. If you are taller, take this into consideration. Very cute overall though!

Super comfy, medium weight, very cropped

I am typically a size 12 in tops and ordered the large. Fit was just perfect - fitted at the waist, looser up top with the dropped shoulders. The bottom hem hit just above my belly button. The material is very soft on the inside and has a nice medium weight. Not too thin or thick, but will keep you warm on a spring morning or evening. I washed in cold and dried on medium and it held up nicely so far with minimal to no shrinking. Very happy with the quality and I hope in continues to hold up.

soft, cropped sweatshirt

First thing I need to point out about this cute crop is that the color I got (eggshell) includes a graphic design on the left side. (it's a circle that reads "community kindness", think that's an amazon tagline). LOL. I don't know if the other colors have this, but I didn't realize this until after I requested this item. Not a deal breaker, I'm all about community and kindness. Medium fit as expected - and I'm usually prefer a medium in sweatshirt type shirts - I could have gotten a large to give a little more room but this is soft and comfortable. It doesn't feel too heavy, so I think it'll be perfect for some of those summer nights when you're outside somewhere and it gets a little chilly.

Super Plush, Comfy & Sytlish

This crop sweatshirt is the truth omg, from its super plushness to the grade A fabric. As a first timer amazon essential sweatshirter, I must say I am totally impressed and loving it! Indeed, I will be needing all the colors, well maybe not all but I have my eyes on a few neat colors and bottom to add to my growing new wardrobe. Perfect for a good Saturday morning jog, walk along the water and/or park, athletic activities, chilling with friends at brunch or simply lounging in the house vibing. This is certainly a must-have wardrobe essential.

My new favorite sweatshirt!

Great for the summer when I need something soft to slip on in heavy air conditioning! I’m not typically a huge fan of cropped items, but took a chance on this sweatshirt - so glad I did. It’s the perfect cropped length on me (5’3) and the material couldn’t be better! The seam line across the back is such a nice touch. I’ve been wearing it with a lightweight body suite and jeans - I don’t want to take it off!
