For ladies who hate work supplied cook shirts
As a size 14/16, it makes me looks clean and tidy without looking like I'm wearing a tent. I hate linen company supplied cook shirts because they're made specifically for MEN. Fabric is a little stretchy, so it hugs and allows room for boobs. Buttons are firmly stitched, no fear of popping out or bumching. Out of the package wear is acceptable, but if you have a shorter torso or under 5'5, slight alteration would make it look better. Side panel design with allow fabric to breathe (mesh), so you can wear a tank or shirt underneath. Cooks don't make a lot to buy their own gear, but it's worth the investment if you want to work comfortably and cleanly.

Runs about a half size too large
I really loved this shirt in almost every way. First, it seems to run a tiny bit big. Normally larges are just right in my shoulders and chest/waist. This one feels a bit looser than most, but not overly much. The fabric and sew is nice quality, the vented side section matches the rest of the shirt nicely. The one thing I was disappointed to see is that the shoulder angle is a little close. I raise my arms a lot and that almost untucked it more than once. That is my only issue, really is not a big one. Trying to decide if I want more now!

Great Button Down for Work
If you've been browsing these, you probably also saw my comments on the red version of this shirt. The green stands the same: great, comfortable shirt that is great for the work area. The green on this is a bit darker (in my opinion) than in the picture, but it's still very attractive. It has jersey panels under the arms that allow for the shirt to breathe better, and even hides embarrassing sweat stains. I was pretty hesitant to wear it because the jersey panels looked weird to me, but then I realized that they make the shirt more interesting and more comfortable - so no complaints about that. I'm a computer engineer, so I sit in front of a computer most of my day and am generally surrounded by computers. As a result, I'm usually pretty warm, but this shirt didn't make me feel nasty from having sweat everywhere. I ended up wearing it all day, and even on days I don't work just because I found that it was quite comfortable. I strongly recommend this for the working professional who wants to be comfortable but looks nice, and enjoys color. As mentioned, the green is a bit more muted, but is still quite bright (but not neon). The red is a bit brighter, but I really like both shirts. I think the only con I can think of off the top of my head is that it's branded with a fork on the bottom of the shirt, which might tip people off that this shirt is actually designed for chefs? Nobody's ever commented on it, though.

It’s ok
It’s Fine. Needed new short black sleeve shirts. The material is smooth. The sleeves seem a little shorter then I liked. Over all the shirts is what I needed.

Not functional
Women’s chef clothing needs to be as durable and functional as mens. Stop with the cap sleeves. When I lift my arms the shirt gathers and does not return to its proper position, so lifting anything down from a shelf requires a wardrobe adjusting.

Very satisfied!
Nice tailored fit. Ordered medium 5’4 135 pounds and was perfect. Washes well and no need to iron if hang to dry. Very satisfied. Love the air panels not noticeable but great for running around during service. Ordered another shirt already!

Good quality. Great airflow in. The mesh side panels.
I returned the first order as it was too small so I ordered the next size up. The style and quality is very good material. There are panels that run under the armpit down the sides that are slightly mesh, although you can’t tell by looking at it. It’s amazing airflow that comes through which is incredible.

Small fit for a larger person. Who is small but not in Chinese clothing.
I like the fabric but looks to short for my preference. Good for slender person.
