Wish I Could Like These

I have several pairs of Rockport Walker's that I love and would highly recommend. This pair isn't one of them. They're heavy, too wide, and don't fit like my other Rockport shoes at all. I decided to go ahead and keep them to use for yard work since I won't care if they get dirty.

You can feel every step

These are very heavy on your feet, but have amazing support of the whole foot not just the arch. I wore these for about a month and am now in need of a new pair. My feet felt good for the 1st month I wore them and now they actually hurt at the end of the day after wearing these. I'm on the fence if I will order another pair.

Large fit

These shoes are a large fit. When I first tried them on I thought there had been a mix-up at Amazon's warehouse..that I'd been sent a man's shoe instead of a woman's. it was strange they fit and felt so large since my existing Rockport Women's World Tour Walking shoes bought years ago were a size 10W and fit me perfectly. Initially, I thought of returning the 10W for a 10 medium then wondered whether the smaller size would be too small... so ... I decided to keep them because wearing heavier socks helps a lot, they have good arch support, are very comfortable to walk in and I like them.

Larger than expected

These shoes were very large and sloppy for being a 6 wide. They also hit my arch wrong which may have just been because of the length of them but they were also high on the sides and hit my ankle bone which would have been uncomfortable over time. I returned them.
