A great basic swim skirt

Bought this for a pool party. It fits very well/as expected. I like that it gives a little extra coverage in the back and front, but I think the slit in the side prevents it from looking "frumpy". Material is nice and thick. One thing to note is that this IS very much low-waisted. It fits juuuuust at or below the top of my hip bones. I prefer that look personally but if you prefer high-waisted bottoms, this will probably not be your favorite, as the built in bikini bottoms prevent the skirt from being pulled up to make it any higher waisted.

Runs large

I read the reviews, Which said it ran large. I would usually have ordered a medium, but order to small. It was the right choice. The small fits well. I am 5’ 3” and weigh 120 pounds.

Did not meet my expectation

While I thought the quality was OK and a far price, the outer skirt did not wrap around. I liked the idea of a slit but it did not hang in a closed position. Too much of a gap for me on the side. I am between sizes and I even went up a size. Maybe it's just me but I did not like the gap.

Looks nice, fits well, but don't recommend for swimming

The quality, fit, and look is nice. However, I wouldn't buy it again because when you get out of the water it clings and is very cold on your legs. So, if you are just buying to lay around the pool, it should be just fine. (I was looking for a little more coverage than a regular bathing suit, so am going to try the boy shorts style next.)

Good quality material!

I bought in blue and black. These are about an inch shorter than the one I had for too long really, but I loved it. The cut on this skirt is longer at the split in the front and shorter in the back. I feel like it's hiked up making my butt look bigger than it really is! Its comfortable and made well.

Love it!

Everyone should have one of these. I like how the front "waist" can be pulled down and worn lower to let the baby peek out. I haven't tried it in the water yet. If there are any problems I will report back. Amazon got the shipment to me sooner than I expected - I ordered on Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday! :)

It’s fine and a decent value

It’s fine. It’s comfortable, although it sits below the waist, which is lower than I like for this style. I like the slit and the skirt length is good. The fabric quality isn’t the best. I think a L would have fit, but the XL isn’t too big.

Happy with this

I'm really happy with this swim skirt. It does come with a panty built-in. I'm normally a size 6 at Old Navy and the Medium fits perfectly. Good butt-coverage on the panty and good everything-coverage with the skirt. Unlike the photo, the slit stays open when I wear it, which I like. It's definitely not high-waisted, the photo is accurate for where it sits on the hips. I always wear a wrap, even into the water, so this is a really nice option for those of us who would rather not show off that whole region of our anatomy. If there's another colour, I'll be buying it.

Great and Cute

I hesitated on keeping this but once on its very comfortable. The slit on the side takes some getting used to as the previous one I had did not have. Its fits perfect and true to size. Its not tight on the waist as it sits lower. I love it and would purchase another one in a different color.
