Measure yourself then buy according to the chart

Abandon all prior knowledge of sizing. Just whip out the tape measure (or a ruler and a piece of yarn) and measure your waist and your hips. Buy exactly as you measure on the sizing chart. I am 5 foot 3.5 inches and about 135 lbs. Wide hips. Thick thighs. Etc. The size 12 is perfection. Combined with a belt and the little inner button, there's no way that these pants will ever fall down. If you hate the shrink-wrapped feeling of tight pants like me, you're in luck. Others might complain, but I personally enjoy the roominess. And so many pockets which is great for EMS.

These pants are durable, not too comfortable and the sizing is odd. Order two sizes up I am 5’5 151 lbs and ordered a size 12 I’m normally a size 7-8 but after listening to reviews I went up two sizes. The waist band has almost no give so if you’re planning to squeeze into these..DONT even try. Does the job needed them for EMT school and so far so good. It does feel restricting when bending down but the sizing is strange so if i sized up the waist would be more comfortable but the legs would be way to big for me.

Order 1-2 sizes up!!

Love these pants. They stay clean for most my shift and I can wash them easily. I have had a size 8 for a while, but have gained some weight this past year. My thigh muscles have gotten much bigger and my size 8 pants couldn't take it. Or I couldn't, I hate tight pants. So I ordered a size 12 and they fit beautifully! So order a size up. I am not big by any means. Probably a size 6-8 but by ordering a size 12 I can move freely especially when patients are in hard to reach places.

Highly Recommended! But Check Your Size

These pants are great! They're comfortable, durable, and hold up in the wash. The pockets are easily my favorite part - I can fit my stethoscope comfortably, and the Velcro loop holds my trauma shears. That's in addition to space for everything else I carry - pens, penlight, sharpie, ID/certs, gloves, gum, etc. I'll echo everyone else on the sizing: they run extremely small! I wear a 6-8 in normal pants, and an 8 in these will barely stay buttoned. I just bought a size 12, and they fit nicely with a belt. When sitting down, they leave a little bit of a "pouch" below the belt, but when standing, these are very sharp-looking pants that are cut nicely (and professional-looking) for ladies. Last note: the color is a darker navy than it appears in the picture. But it matches my uniforms perfectly, so I'm not complaining!

Must size up!!

Very comfortable and durable I wear these pants and everyday to work the only thing is that they are not true to size you must size up! I usually wear a size eight in jeans and I’m in a size 12 in these! I’m 5’4 and 145 pounds.

Run super small

Finally found a pair that fit- I am 5’7 155 for reference and generally a 6/8 in pants. I ordered a 12 and they fit perfectly. I would size at least 2 sizes up to get the right fit. Now I really like these pants and they hit at the right spot length wise, but sizing is a big issue. If you are curvier, I would size up even more to accommodate because they aren’t quite cut for curves. They have useful pockets and a tape holder band, all good things for ems pants.

Excellent work pants

These pants are well made and extremely durable. My only complaint is that the sizes are smaller than expected, so I had to measure myself and buy a few sizes up from normal. I wear these pants for work and expose them to a wide array of weather conditions. They are somewhat water proof, which has been great for rainy and snowy conditions. They are also fairly thick, so they don't snag or tear easily. The pockets are also amazing. After two years of heavy wear, I've finally started to notice a few small tears along seams, and will be replacing them. I highly recommend these pants!!

Great Pants

These pants are super versatile, lots of pockets, durable material and perfect length for anyone 5’3”-5’6” probably. I will note that they are lower rise, on me at least. The back waistband is higher than the front though, which helps when bending down. The material is comfy, however as someone with thicker thighs I find they can be loud when walking. Unsure if that issue could resolve after a few washes and wears. My regular pant size is 7-9, but I bought these in my usual uniform pant size (12) and I definitely could have worn them comfortably. I chose to return them because I felt the smaller ones looked better on me. All in all, an awesome pant. Try them and see if the style is for you.
